Compass Pest Management

Selling our house and we had an initial inspection done by another company, they came out with a quote of $ 1500 in termite treatment that included other areas of our yard that I did not believe had any evidence of termite damage. I contacted compass for a second opinion and sure enough those areas did not show any evidence of termites. Thank you compass for being an honest and reliable company.

This company has always been professional, and on time! I get a call from Jeff every 3 months like clockwork to let me know he will be by my house the next day, and asks me if there is anything I’d like him to focus on. I love the staff, and their prices!

I called them because I needed to get rid of some roaches and they came and took care of my problems and have been back since and I am still just as satisfied. I haven’t seen any of the bugs since! I now use them as my regular pest control and I would recommend them!

This company is a joke. I have a rat problem in my condo which tha is going to pay them to take care of it a guy shows up does not go all the way in the attic places one trap and doesn’t come back to pick up the rat. That is a big issue I would never use them ever again. I would not recommend them to anyone no matter how cheap they are they are not worth one penny. Terrible customer service

Trying to be a first time (proactive) home seller I scheduled a termite inspection with Velda for $ 65 which is very cheap in September 2014. The employee who came (cant find his card since I moved out of state) said we had termites in an over hanging part above our garage door. He said he could give me a verbal quote on the spot ($ 350) to repair. He never answered our calls on his cell phone after that. 2^nd inspection we had passed no issues. He also decided to scatter ads all over our house from the garage, water heater, kitchen. Really? Such shady business. Is it because I was a woman home alone? He took my husbands call the first time when he called to ask questions the on his inspection but never after. My guess is that he added «do not answer» to our number. The office was useless in helping. They didn’t have info or anything to answer questions. Don’t choose this place based on price.

Been using Compass for years & they are great. Always call to confirm the appointment, always show up on time, Always go the extra mile!

We had a termite inspection performed by Greg with this business as they were recommended by our realtor. Just wanted to say that he did a thorough check on the house, was very friendly and professional, and honest. We were also given a courtesy call prior when they were running behind schedule which I appreciate. Thanks Compass!

Adrian came out yesterday and did a very thorough termite inspection. He was at my home for over an hour. When all was said and done, we were pest free. It’s refreshing to finally find an honest termite inspection company. One that puts customer service above profits.

I was really impressed with how professional the owner was! His prices were very reasonable. I will definitely use them again in the future for all of my pest problems! Highly recommended!

Used them for the office about 3 weeks ago and did not have a positive experience. They were called to come back out and did not show up or even call to reschedule. We called them again and they did come without any mention to the missed appointment. Unfortunately, the problem as of Friday still exist. Definitely not a do-​over.
