In 2004 Integrity Pest Elimination opened its first branch office. We have proudly been serving the Riverside County And we now have expanded to San Diego County. We have grown our business one customer at a time.

Started using IPE since October. From the very beginning Clarence and his team have been awesome. He provides excellent service and at an affordable price. He takes a lot of pride in his work and it shows. Very professional and at the same time a very friendly person. Can not say enough about Clarence and his team. Called them for ants about a week ago. I had tried home depot sprays outside and vinegar/​taro inside but to no relief. I threw in the towel and called integrity. They came out quickly and now we are ant free ! Steven was really professional and he was done in about 20 min. Awesome experience and reasonable price

At first sight of ants, I looked up a pest control company on Unilocal.After reading reviews for Integrity Pest Elimination, I called them. They didn’t really have time to fit me in for a couple of days. They sensed the urgency in my voice and came out that same day! Great service! Great price! Clarence was professional and even put on booties while walking around in my new home. Would highly recommend!

I would think that no one likes «pests» in or outside their home. But, if you have them, this is the place to call. Last evening we saw a wasp nest on the exterior wall by our front door. We left a message for Integrity and this morning Clarence called us. He understood our problem and told us he would take care of it this morning. Clarence came on time, immediately took care of the problem and then sprayed the exterior of our home. We have now found our «go to» person in the event of any more problems. We have also decided to go on a maintenance schedule with Integrity. Thanks to Clarence we believe that if we have «pests» they will become «pests» no more!

We recently moved into a new home in Temecula and had been battling tiny ants for several months. As much as my husband wanted to think that he could handle the problem, it was becoming obvious that it wasn’t working. After contacting three exterminator companies, I decided to go with Integrity Pest Elimination. I spoke with Clarence and we scheduled the appointment. It has been two weeks and we have not seen one ant in the house. Clarence was extremely helpful, professional and very courteous. He was on time and provided us with very useful information regarding other pests. We opted to go with the one time treatment that is guaranteed for 140 days. If we have problems after that, we will definitely give Clarence a call and schedule additional treatments. We highly recommend Integrity Pest Elimination.

OOhhhhh the ants… My boyfriend has been using Clarence at Integrity pest control at his home in Wildomar for years now. After meeting and speaking to Clarence the last few times he was at the house I have to say this company is completely awesome. He always shows up on time, answers all of our questions, and gets the work done quickly! Next day ants are gone and we have a very happy dog! (He hates when ants get near his food! haha)

Called them yesterday and they came out this morning. The person that came out was very nice and did a very thorough job inside and out. He spent about 90% longer at my house than another company that we had used for years. I felt like he did a great job and will use the again if I need service. I appreciate the fact that I can have them come out whenever I want for a one-​time service rather than having to sign an ongoing service contract. Another highly rated company on here wanted nearly $ 400 a year to take care of my occasional ant/​spider problem. Yikes

Like a lot of Socalifornians during this drought, my home was infested with ants. Based on a search on Unilocal,I called Integrity. They quoted me a good competitive price over the phone, and they came out the same day. The rep, Steve, called to confirm the appointment, and he was on-​time. Steve was clean, courteous and had the job done in about 30 minutes.
Two weeks later, I received a follow-​up call from the office wanting to make sure I was satisfied with my service.
I can honestly say that good customer service is getting harder to come by these days. Having an insect infestation is EXTREMELY stressful. Integrity made us feel a lot more secure in our home, and it was a pleasure doing business with them.

So every year for the past 5 we have endured the annual battle of the ants and wifey has endured my BS when I say I got them under control. Last year however, after all the usual DIY stuff failed to quell the onslaught, I swore that this year I’d call in the Pro’s.
I called Integrity about 5 weeks ago and Clarence came out and sprayed inside and outside the house and around our property. We went with the once off spray with a 90 day warranty should the little buggers come back.
Well earlier this week they came with a vengeance, they were everywhere! «I got this honey» I said and called Clarence. He came out the next day as promised and sprayed the whole place again with no issues. They’re gone again and I’m a hero.
It’s one thing for a company to promise this, that and the other but it takes Integrity to follow through (get it? boom boom)

This review is a couple of months late, but well worth the review. Clarence at Integrity Pest did a superb job at my house and great customer service. The first night we stayed in the new place we moved into we heard a lot scratching and running around inside the walls. That happened for 3 days in a row until we started calling pest control companies. Clarence was the only one that would come and inspect the issue free of charge so we went him.
Clarence came and figured out the little critters were getting in through a small vent on the roof, closed it up and haven’t had problems since. Gave us a great price and even did a couple follow ups to make sure everything was find. He also threw in a flea treatment in my back yard free of charge. Can’t beat that!
So I recommend Integrity Pest to anyone who’s having any type of pest issues.
