Collision Center Of Riverside

Jorge and the team over at the Collision Center have bent over backwards to make sure everything was repaired to my satisfaction. Both cars were beautifully repaired, and the whole experience was a comfort, given the circumstances!

Brought my car in after I scrapped it on my garage door. He buffed it and touched up the paint for free, and offered to sand and paint half the bumper for $ 250. I’ll be making an appointment for that at a later date. Great service and way to put the customer first. Will definitely be coming back.

I had a few scratches on my bumper and Gil was able to take care of it in 10 minutes free of charge. Most of the other places gave me large estimate to get it done. On top of that they have great customer service and comfortable waiting area with refreshments.

George and the people at the front desk were great, but after my repair was completed it took 4 month, 4 separate visits, countless phone calls (they never called me like they said they would) and a written proof from a different mechanic that they had stripped a bolt that attached my muffler to the undercarriage of my car. They eventually fixed it but they put me through hell and countless hours of missed work to get this simple mistake they had made fixed.

I have had health issues between the insurance claim and the actual repair… however, these folks are the most polite and helpful i ever had the pleasure to work with. My roomate dropped off my car here, and they informed me in everything they did with photographs. I cant recommend a shop more for their professionalism and ability to make my car look like it came right out of the showroom again. Rochelle, kudos to you… she helped and really went out of her way for me she made me feel important. This shop is quality one in workmanship and customer service. If you need repair? Bring your car here!!! You wont regret it.

I highly recommended this place. Hai did an exceptional job from the beginning to the end! The work done on my back bumper was professional and dealer approved! If you want the work done right! Bring your car to these pros!

After being involved in my first «real» accident, i thought it was definitely going to be a hellacious nightmare going through everything with insurance and what the deal is and blah blah etc etc… so when it came down to «your truck is repairable» and «where would you like to have the work done?» i pretty much just sat there looking stupid, bc i truly could not have had LESS of a clue how to answer that question. and i really had no energy to even try.
basically, i figured im gonna have to cross my fingers and blindly trust USAA, so i said just send it to where ever your best-​rated affiliated place is. and voila they sent it to Collision Center of Riverside.
and i gotta say, im not really a gambling woman nor does luck visit my side with any frequency, but karma definitely cut me a break for once because this place just rocked it.
my truck – thanks to the clueless broad who felt like sailing straight through her red light and using its grill as a crash pad – was in pretty bad shape. but for the whole time my truck was at the shop, i got updates in the form of calls/​text messages/​voicemails, about the status of the repair and estimated completion date.
now, i’m pretty brutal when it comes to honesty… im typically one of those people who cant stand salespeople in stores or at the mall, and/​or «overattentive» customer-​service in general (ie: evil restaurant servers who stop by your table at the EXACT moment youve just taken a huge bite of food, to ask «everything mmkay?!»…like…mmmhhmmphhh…and all i can think is go… away…from…me…)
so knowing how foul and irate i can be, it really is a testament to how just… absolutely nice, polite – in the most perfect, non-​pushy way – the staff at this place goes about the whole process. they’re like zen masters, they’re all just super-​chill, low key, no pressure, any and everything they can do to help you out, insurance-​related about your claim and whatnot, they take care of it. (Jayme and Corina, and George, thank you for all being so cool).
when my truck was all done and finished, i was just overwhelmed. i had my baby back and she was PERFECT!
i also just wanted to say Gil, the manager, is as real-​deal as it gets in terms of the kind of guy you want to deal with in this kind of business. He absolutely went above and beyond to make sure everything with my truck was legit, and that any and every concern i had was addressed once i had my truck back.
you really just dont run into people in any business very often who are as honest, straightforward, and genuinely concerned about the satisfation of their customers the way Gil is about his.
At the end of the day, this was just the best experience i couldve hoped for. so thank you karma, USAA, and Gil! :)

From the moment I walked in to collision center of Riverside, I was immediately impressed! I was greeted by the receptionist with a smile on her face asking what she could do to help. Water and coffee while you waited! At that point I knew this was going to be a good experience. Brent came out and look over my car where the damage had occurred, made some notes… I signed a few papers and was on my way. They even dropped me off at work so I didn’t need someone to come and pick me up… huge plus!
I signed up for texting alerts, which is awesome. It saved me from having to make phones calls to check on the car. I would get an update a day via text, which was super convenient! Picked up my car at the allotted completion date and was 100% satisfied.
They worked directly with insurance so I didn’t have to worry about any of that… thankfully!
Collision Center of Riverside was top notch from customer service to the work done on the car! They went over and above to make my experience enjoyable. If you have any damage go see Brent and the guys at Collision Center and you won’t be disappointed!!!

Over Thanksgiving weekend we left our car parked outside my father in laws house and came back to my whole left side wrecked long story short my entire left side had to be fixed and this guy’s did an amazing job
I wanted to thank everyone that works there, you guys left my car like new it needed so much work and took you guys no more than 2 weeks to fix the horrible damages that it had
Also the secretary’s are great have great customer service. I’m so lucky that I got to find this shop.

These guys are great!!! When I got into a rear ended accident (not at fault), my whole trunk and rear bumper on my 2007 Acura TL was horribly demolished by a Toyota Sienna. The at fault driver’s insurance referred me to this place to get my car repaired and let me say… THESE GUYS DID AN AWESOME JOB!!! They restored my vehicle completely brand new and they finished the job in exactly 7 days when it was suppose to take about 2 weeks. Brent and his whole team had awesome customer service (outstanding care about their clients) and made my TL look waaayyy better than before. Thank you, Collision Center of Riverside and will definitely recommend anyone to this place… at fault or not!

Farmers Insurance recommend this place as it was a place they worked with in the Area after someone smashed Into my bumper.
Like any other person having the inconvenience of taking there car into a shop and being without a car is a huge inconvenience. I took my vehicle in November 3^rd right after the accident. Gave me an estimate on the spot and said it can take anywhere from 5 – 7 days to fix.
Convenient thing is they have an Enterprise Rent A Car satellite location Inside and are more than happy to get you a representative to get you a rental Asap.
The following day I was told the damage was worse once taken apart and now my car won’t be ready until the 20^th.
10 days more than originally told. Not a big deal if you have a rental. (Which I did).
November 12^th my car was ready (finished early) and looked better than before the damage was done. Extremely Satisfied getting my car back.
Showed up, George went over my car letting me know what was replaced and what was fixed. Extremely professional going over everything. Turned in my rental there and was on my way.
Sadly yesterday, a car kicked a large piece of tire towards my vehicle on the freeway and slammed into my driver door scratching the clear coat. I plan on using this location to fix it.

I feel so lucky to have found this shop!
I was in a pretty bad car accident and after going to a few shops in the area (pretty much all the major ones), I felt myself harassing places just to get an update, a quote, or even a simple call back!!! From the moment I got the estimate, they we’re upfront, honest, and even caught damages I didn’t notice (never mind professionals at other shops). My car was repaired at the time and price they gave me. I received frequent updates on the repairs and I always felt welcomed when I called or visited the shop. I cannot thank the staff enough. .THANK YOU FOR BEING SO AWESOME.

Some lady backed into my car and her insurance was covering the repairs. My wife had to take her car here before and had a good experience. So off I went. Everyone here is very friendly and helpful. Check in went quickly and there is an Enterprise desk right in their office. Checked in, got my rental and left… 4 days later got a call my car was done.
Bumper was replaced and some minor frame damage fixed. Everything looked amazing.
My only slight complaint is that I was told my car would be ready by 5pm and it took them till almost 5:30 to bring it out. It was a friday afternoon and they were a bit busy so I can let that slide.

Took my car in to have damage repaired on my PT Cruiser and the experience was amazing. From the get go. Estimate to pickup everyone was friendly and courteous. Even the gentleman that gave me a ride home when I dropped off was great. I’d recommend anyone to have repair done there if nothing else just because they’re so friendly. By the way the work was great too. My car looks brand new. Thanks guys!

Although my car was fixed within a timely manner, I must say their customer service is horrible. I have setup two appointments and both times I had to wait 45−60min. What is the point in making appointments? And the last time I was here, they didn’t even have my information or know I had an appointment. These front office people need to step up their game and try a better system for organizing cars and appointments.

HANDS DOWN THE VERY BEST PLACE TO GO! I can not express how thankful I am to Collision Center of Riverside! I thought that my car would never be the same after the accident. I was overwhelmed and felt miserable thinking that all the time and money I had put into my car would have been for nothing. However, Collision Center of Riverside gave me piece of mind, restored my faith, and reassured me that everything would be okay. On the very first day I arrived, Gil the owner, took care of me personally and went through step by step on what would be and could be done. Alongside him, was a very fast and extremely friendly service staff who took care of my paper work and provided me with several options to keep me updated on the status of my vehicle. I am so happy with their amazing work! My vehicle looks even better now than it did before my accident! 5 stars and more if it were possible!

Update 5÷5÷15: so after the extensive work done after my accident, my truck was perfect! However it made a very odd sound every time I backed up. So, I call up collision center with their 100% lifetime guarantee and they scheduled me right in!
I spoke with the owner Gil who is awesome, they figured out what it was and PRESTO she’s good to go. No sound, perfect! No cost, no nonsense, no runaround.

Hugo and Leo are super awesome! They gave me a ride to work when I dropped off the truck too.
