History

Established in 2015.

I was lucky to stumble into this wonderful art after moving to California from my hometown in Wisconsin in 2009. I’m excited to share it with my new neighbors in the Inland Empire. :)

I’m Julie, the Artist here at Arty Party Paints (You thought it was a guy named Arty, maybe?) I’ve been facepainting and twisting balloon animals in Orange County for almost 7 years, but recently moved to beautiful downtown Riverside and started Arty Party Paints to continue doing what I love – Bringing art and smiles to your special event. :)

I had invited Julie to my son’s first birthday party and was not disappointed! She arrived on time (maybe even a little early) and was ready to go right away. I had purchased a combo package from her for one hour of face painting and one hour of balloons and she really did exceed my expectations for having to deal with a whole bunch of little ones running around. Both the kids at my party and adults were getting their faces painted (my son’s great grandparents also!) which really just made for the best pictures and memories, She truly made my party a hit even with our cold, windy and later rainy (ahh) weather. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I even had a couple people from my party request her business cards. I would definitely recommend her to anyone! :)
