I show up this morning for an oil change using their advertisement on the penny saver. The gentleman that opened the door, didn’t even acknowledge me even tho he is looking at me through the glass door. As he open door he walked away. I still decided to walk in with good attitude. As I greet the guy he asked what I came in for and with a face that almost said screw you for being here so early he said, «we’ll manager is not here to take the coupon, may be another 20 minutes. Still with good attitude I said fine. I thought he was going to finish his opening and get going with my car. As I am waiting I decided to go try Unilocal to read about reviews about this place. Surprise surprise!!! Then I decided to see what this nice gentleman was up to, surprise surprise!!! He was washing his truck on company time!!! Or may be they provide carwash services too! Naa! Doubt it. I grabbed a notepad and left a nice note YOU SUCK!!!

I went here because it was in the same parking lot as my husband’s former employer, and because it said $ 12.95 for an oil change on the window of the shop. I went in and all of a sudden it was $ 20. I reluctantly paid it, but checked my itemized receipt, which came nowhere NEAR $ 20. About 2 weeks later, my 2011 Kia Forte started having some minor issues. I took it to the Kia dealership, and upon arriving there, they inspected it. The man inspecting it told me they had put the wrong oil in it. It’s supposed to have 5W20 oil, they put 10W30 in it. He told me I needed to go back to where I had gotten my oil change (which was the Van Buren location, by the way) and have them re-​do it. I’m SO glad the dealership was on top of it. I immediately called my husband and told him what happened, and HE went over and spoke to the manager. So after everything was cleared with the car, I went back over and had them put the correct oil in it, and the manager wasn’t too happy, but maybe his employees will pay attention next time because they could have severely damaged my car, and that would have been a costly mistake for them. I will NEVER go back here again.

I have been a customer there for years. I don’t know about the oil change thing everyone else is talking about, but I only pay 15 bucks to get mine. They have been working on my cars for a long time and I have never had them rip me off. The owner, Eric is very nice and will help you if you can’t afford the repair. Larry is the shop manager and he is a real straight shooter. He will tell you if you dont need something or if it’s too much money.

I seen the ad in the pennysaver and I called to confirm the price because my car uses 6 quarts of synthetic oil which I pretty expensive around 80 $ everytime I get it changed, the guy who answered was A real Ass hole I think he was the owner, he told he would honor the price in the ad after arguing with him and him talking over me. When I got thier he told he to move my car into garage, he looked at and said why didn’t you tell me it was something i dont remember what the Douche bag said but he made feel like I had done something wrong even though I told him over the phone what the make and model of car was. He told he would do it for 3x the price he said he would do it for, I didnt like the way this ass hole was talking to me so I shut my hood and told him to shove his oil change up his ass. Don’t ever go here

I didnt need to go in to know that this place to know it can’t be trusted. I called asking about a tune up, & the chauvinistic a*hole started calling me ‘sweetheart’ & talked over me telling me my car wasn’t what HE said it was. Its my car, I know what I’m talking about! Maybe if this woman hater would not talk over potential customers he would have heard me say ‘6 cylinder’! What a d*ck!

Absolutely horrible. I also went with the coupon found in the PennySaver and they gave me trouble at first when I got there. I also asked them to check the engine light and he said he would charge me $ 80 until I showed him the ad that said they would check it for free. I had a bad feeling leaving my car there but I did because I had to go.
I came back 2 hours later and he hadn’t even started doing the oil change yet. The garage was empty so there was no reason that the work couldn’t have been done in 10 minutes. When he finally finished the job he charged me almost $ 20 when the coupon said $ 6.50! We sat there arguing until he lowered the price a few dollars.

Armed with one of their coupons for a simple oil change for $ 9.95, I was immediately told that an oil change would total twice that for my 2008 Scion xB. The less than personable individual mumbled something about a cover… whatever. Sensing what amounted to a classic «bait and switch» I went elsewhere to a place that actually honors their coupons.
