Setliff Bros Service

Let me start off by saying that mike is a good mechanic. On the other hand, Setliff has 1 – 2 idiot mechanics floating around there, and a very rude, unprofessional front desk lady named Sue. My family and I have spent a lot of money at Setliff. We supported their work. Unfortunately, that didn’t always put us, or myself, in the positive.
I have had my vehicle washed by one of the mechanics, whom left a ton of scratches in my paint! I cant count the number of times that I have picked up my vehicle from that shop, with the check engine light still on in my vehicle. Time after time I would try to get my vehicle back down there because it still wasn’t fixed and Sue would rudely tell me that Mike isn’t taking any vehicles at this time because he has a bunch of freshly dropped off vehicles that he must tend to— well, thats nice, but I already paid you and you still haven’t fixed mine properly! Shouldn’t my unfinished vehicle come before any new clients?!
I have paid a few times to have some things replaced, that did not need replacing, all because of their bad diagnostics.
They have cost me a lot of money at Setliff and are disrespectful while doing so. It is absolutely ridiculous. I will be finding a new auto repair shop (even though I really like Mike), minus the idiots and absolutely rude desk lady! Take care Setliff. One mechanic cannot carry the load of everyone else’s unprofessionalism. I hope your business takes a turn in the positive direction, for all of the car owner’s sake!

While the guys in the shop do an outstanding job, Sue in the front office thinks she is gods gift. She is rude, abrupt and condescending.
The Setliff’s need a camera in the office so they can see for themselves how customers are treated.
I will never go back.

The only place to go for auto repair! I have a small Auto & RV dealership and everything goes here and I have been using Mike (best mechanic in 50 states) for 15+ years and even at one time for a Dodge diesel that was under warranty because I knew it would be fixed right! I send my wife and Mike always explains so she knows exactly what he means. I refer everyone here and never a complaint, even some senior car collectors. Try here first, more than fair charges and top of the line knowledge and service.
