I have stored here for 4 years and due to circumstances beyond my control I was late for the first time this month! I paid the late fee and payment over the phone, but then received a call just a few minutes later from the owner of the business who informed me that she and her husband had reviewed my payment history and wanted to waive the fee for me. I did not ask for this, they took it upon themselves to show their appreciation for my loyalty and consistent on time payments. That is great customer service! I appreciate businesses with good hearts and that know how to treat their customers well! Box Springs Self Storage is obviously one of those businesses!
