The customer service was unbeatable. My Macbook conveniently broke the week before finals. I thought I was done for because all of my important notes were stored on that computer, but Greg helped me fix it. He was very helpful and updated me very frequently. Despite the issues with the apple company sending 2 bad logic boards, Greg was patient and helped me resolve it each time! Best service ever!

All I can say is that Greg saved me from being an academic failure! There was ALL sorts of things wrong with my computer during finals week. I had no back up for any of my notes and final paper. He was so patient and worked on my computer over and over again. He constantly reported the progress and looked for ways to make the repair more affordable. He could have easily charged me $ 740 but the total came a little under $ 300. He was incredibly prompt in returning phone calls. I received a friendly professional service and save lots of money. He is super talented, honest, and prompt. What more do you want from your comp tech? I just can’t say enough good thing about him. Just try him, you won’t regret it!

Great experience here! I honestly thought my MacBook couldn’t be repaired but they surprised me! If you don’t have warranty and if his price is more than what Apple charges at their flat rate, he gives the option to send it into Apple. I had my MacBook Pro all fixed up within a week. It’s the best option if you’re in riverside, since there’s not really any Apple Store that’s nearby.

I had a great experience there. My Macbook’s fan broke, so I took it to CSS because I hate going to the Apple store, and the next available appointment at the Apple store was one week out. I just went to CSS without an appointment, dropped off my Mac, and picked it up the next day, working like charm again. The service was also free of charge since my computer is still under warranty. Spare yourself the hassle going to the Apple store, just drop it off at CSS.

Fantastic service. I had my Macbook repaired after a factory defect and the problem was fixed within the week. Cannot stress how good this business is.

Greg is the best. I sent my MacBook Pro to the Apple store in Glendale to get my logic board replaced and I had to wait a week before they told me to get it back and the problem still wasn’t solved. Greg managed to get a replacement logic board, a new fan, and also managed to fix my previously unusable ethernet port. ¹⁰⁄₁₀ would recommend.

My Macbook Pro recently had problems with the screen on the start up. I would hear the start up sound but won’t get a video display. Instead of bothering with the Apple Store, I decided to give this place a call because it was an authorized retailer that Apple recommended. After calling and describing what happened to my computer, Greg informed me that there was an extension warranty that was out for that issue and my mac happens to fall within the designated requirements. Greg told me that I would be able to drop it off and he should be able to run a few diagnostics test and order the part from Apple free of charge. Great, or so I thought… Turns out that my computer failed the test so Greg wasn’t allowed to order the part from Apple. During this whole process of dealing with Apple Care people to order the part, Greg took his time to call me and update me with the status of it all. He also took the time to video chat with Apple Care people to discuss the situation about my computer. I know that the Apple «geniuses» would give me a lot of hassle but turns out that the Apple Care people did as well. It turns out that I needed to send in my Mac so that they can look at it for themselves… All in all, Greg is a really awesome guy and I thank him for taking the time to deal with the situation. Will definitely come back for my other computer repair needs.

I had excellent service from CSS. I took my Macbook into the Apple store and they were going to charge me $ 800 to fix my trackpad and send it out to some tech from a week. I took it to Gregg and not only did it only cost $ 131 to fix my problem, he got the part and my computer fixed by the next morning. It was honestly a super easy service and I am going to be coming back if I ever have any computer problems.

Amazing customer service! I took my Macbook Pro and needed to replace the hard drive. I really needed a fast turn-​around and Gregg went out of his way to help me. He took time out of his weekend on his day off to get my computer running and back to me.

Great service and Gregg saved my hard drive from my used up Mac Book and moved it over to my Mac Mini. I found CSS through the Apple store and not Unilocal.CSS does not come up when you type in Mac Repair in Unilocal
