I have brought three phones in for screen repair. Two iPhones and one Blackberry. We had to order the screen for the Blackberry as it wasn’t in stock. When the screen came in they called me and in a few hours I had it back. The iPhones were done within an hour.
They do excellent work and I would suggest them to anyone that has a screen repair that is needed. One issue which is not with them, but with the town of Ridgewood, it is very hard to find parking there but it is well worth it

When it comes to mobile devices, I’ve got about as much luck as Derrick Rose’s knees. I drop, break, and damage my phones more times than should be humanly allowed, and I only fix them when it gets to the point where it’s absolutely NECESSARY. Welp, Unilocal… This is the spot that saves my behind every time, and for the LOW-​LOW.
The prices are a steal, when it comes to repairing smartphones. For the speed and quality of their parts and service, you may wonder what the catch is. For example, to fix an iPhone 4S screen (LCD & digitizer), you only spend a whopping $ 60 +tax! Geez, most people have to spend that just on fresh air upon walking INTO the Apple Store! Seriously, though. All of their repairs are MORE-​than-​fairly priced. Their screens are «oleo-​phobic» (if I’m spelling that correctly), which means that when they’re new, they are oil-​repellent. Or some junk like that. Essentially, they repel fingerprints for a good amount of time. They will also fix ANY part of your phone that manufacturers usually convince you can’t be fixed (usually so you’ll buy a new phone). To replace an iPhone battery runs you about $ 30+, which is great if you’ve had your phone for a good while. Amazeballs.
They’ve also got one of the most comprehensive, competitive service plans for your devices. They charge less than HALF of what you’d pay your carrier in 2 years for insurance, and the deductibles are lower than my IQ level after listening to Young Thug’s mixtapes. For $ 5.99/month, you’ve got coverage for your device (s), and can pay an ultra-​low deductible ($ 50 per claim)! You can’t beat that… Not even if you were 4 LAPD cops in the 90’s. #Deuces

I’ve had my shattered iPhone screens fixed here 3 times now. They’re very reasonably priced, always the best price in the area. Fast service, I’ve always had my phone ready in under an hour. The staff is friendly and professional. I would recommend this place to anyone. Parking can be a little inconvenient but the area is walkable so even if you have to park a little further away, it’s a nice short walk.

Jeff and team could not have been more courteous and professional in addressing the questions I had regarding the repairs for my wife and my iPhone screens. The service time was quick (in about an hour) and the work was well done. Great customer experience and would use again for any future issues.

This place is amazing! They fixed my iPhone 5C for very cheap and it took less than hour. When my boyfriend cracked his iPhone 6 really badly he brought it to the Apple store and they couldn’t fix it but this place could! Such nice employees that are really looking to help you out. Definitely recommend to anyone over the Apple store repairs or any other spot for their prices and customer service!

What an efficient, professional, satisfying experience! Brought my iPad screen in for repair — screen shattered after a strange fall from the dining room table. In a matter of minutes, the information was obtained and the unit readied for repair. The fixed iPad was delivered to my office several hours later — and all for a price that was about half of the standard quotes for such a repair! Wow… so very impressive.

I dropped my iphone 5c one morning and broke the screen. Came in around when they opened at 10am. Fixed my phone in 45min. Theres a tv in the waiting area to keep occupied while waiting. Only reason Im not giving 5 stars is I’m waiting to see how long the screen lasts and if it keeps being compatible with my phone. ill update later.

Walked in 15 mins before they were closing after driving 2.5hrs from cape may on my way north. Their Unilocal reviews are 100% accurate. Prices were great, they fixed my shattered iPhone 5S screen in 25 minutes and I couldn’t be happier! Very nice guys and great price at $ 85 for a brand new screen. Will be coming back if I break anything else, but hope I don’t!

Brought my son’s iPhone in for a cracked screen fix. The techs there were friendly and fast and the repair was flawless. Would go there again, but I hope I don’t have to. :)

Honest guys here.
I recently tried to change the battery on my Nexus 5 and screwed up my phone. Desperate I took this phone to iTech… on a busy Saturday they said they would look at it and get back to me. By 4pm I had gotten a call back. While they couldn’t fix the phone they were still straight up and honest and didn’t charge me anything to look at it. What more can you ask for.

Two thumbs up. My iPhone 5c screen was shattered pretty bad. I found this place through Unilocal (thanks, Unilocal). I dropped my phone on Saturday 10:30, It was ready for pick up just an hour later. Phone is as good as new. So happy with their service. I hope I don’t crack my phone again. But now I know where to go.

My husband dropped his iphone at work and cracked the screen… I called & they said to bring it right in. We went right after work, dropped off the phone, went to a restaurant in ridgewood right down the block. Before we even got our appetizers they called to say the phone was done. Amazing!!! Looks exactly the same. Such a quick turn around!

Last year I cracked my Samsung S3 screen and my friend had the same issue. We took both of our phones here, and within an hour, they were both fixed. I never had any issues after. Fast forward this year, 3 weeks after my daughter get the iPhone5, and shatters the screen. I made an appointment for a Saturday no less, and they took it in. I am thinking about an hour. Nope, 15 minutes. Yup, that is it. Went back to get it, and it was like new. Picked up an otterbox, and the gentleman at the counter put her phone in it, and we were on our way.
Excellent service. Very friendly, professional and they make you feel very comfortable. The prices are AMAZING, and although I could have gotten it cheaper at that mall, at least I know that these guys know their stuff. I HIGHLY recommend this store for fixes and accessories.

Every time service was excellent and customer interaction was great. These factors combined with quick repairs makes this a goto service place. They also have very nice selection of iPad and iPhone cases. I picked up a very Shepard Fairey autographed iPad case there as well as leather iPhone wallet case that I get complements on.
If you wait on repairs there are plenty places to shop and eat. Great location, great service, great selection, great attitude and great price. That is five stars in my book.

I wish I had the picture of my cracked screen to show for this review. I took my phone to the baseball field and it must have been hit with a ball or sat on but it was shattered. I called Verizon and they were useless (shocker!) Their solution was to buy a new phone out of contract for $ 699. They also offered to sell me a 3 year old certified pre owned for $ 399.
Took the phone here around 11am and they had a few items ahead of me. He said to come back around 3 and it will be ready. I came back around 2:30 and it was ready. They told me the LCD was a little damaged as well. He gave me a little discount becuase he felt bad that my LCD was messed up too, and there was no way for them to notice.
I will say that the phone looks a thousand times better. One little disclaimer is the screen is not as sensitive as it used to be. Sometimes you have to hit the screen a few times, but to pay $ 125 instead of $ 699 I will take that all day long.
They turned this phone around in less than 4 hours.

I traveled up to Ridgewood from Bloomfield, and it was worth the trip. They have cases, screen protectors ($ 9.95 per SP), and everything you could imagine to pair with your device. iPhones, iPads, Samsung devices — they repair it all.
The guy here put me ahead of some appointments, and I was in and out in no time. Great work and very knowledgeable staff!
