Fun place great beer selection. I loved the upscale feel in the country. The fish place is great next door. Grilled food out front one night. I will be back for sure.

The best ale house in SW Washington! Great beer, lots of selections and the selections are awesome! The bartenders are friendly and the atmosphere is amazing. Inside/​Outside seating with lots of space for large parties. Families were abundant in the early evenings.

Awesome place for drinks or dinner. Great brews on tap! Food for tonight was great gnocchi with lamb. You can also order from the fish house next door and they bring it to your table. Wonderful service and relaxed atmosphere. We’ll be back for sure!

This is a cute little taproom on the outskirts of Ridgefield. It is located right by the popular Pacific NW Best Fish Co. The taproom offers a wide variety of local beers, from Seattle to Battle Ground (did you know Battle Ground brewed beers?). It’s not a table service place, you have to order all your drinks and food at the bar top, which can cause a line to form. But the staff are very quick! The only downside of the place would be that the Fish Café closes at 7pm, so you have to hurry in if you want to get food. Overall the taproom is clean and comfortable, and the staff are attentive and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back to try other local beers and perhaps try the food that they serve on the weekends!
Just a tip to the staff. I wouldn’t recommend having little kids sit on the bar top. I have seen the liquor board fine places for doing that.

Great beer on tap, kid friendly and that is a huge bonus for me! The staff is knowledgable and friendly. There is not wait staff here so you have to get up and order at the bar like most tap rooms. You can order food from next door.

Great place! You can order food from the Pacific Northwest Best Seafood Co. next door and they will bring it over to you! Great local beers on tap and growler fills available. Cool AC, great atmosphere and I found the staff very friendly and helpful. Will be back many, many times.

Great local taproom! Close to my house and plenty of different beers on tap. I like the seat yourself and order at the bar philosophy. Also nice that you can order food from the fish café next door and have it delivered to you.

We might give this another go– but I doubt it. When a place makes you feel uncomfortable and unwanted, its not likely a place I want to go back in. We walked in and basically were ignored. No one told us where to sit or even bothered to hand us a menu. It was noisy and clearly the bartenders catered to the regulars. After standing in line at the bar (because we didn’t know what else to do), we decided to just leave. We thought about going next door for a piece of fish, but the line was long and we really wanted a glass of wine. At least post your menu and have someone on your staff who cares about new people coming in. Disappointing.
