Try $ 7.99 for all fabrics all the time on for size! Yup, just $ 7.99/yd. Can’t beat it! Remember, this is upholstery and drapery fabric we’re talking about here. Try that at your local big box fabric store and see what happens.
Of course, you may not find the exact fabric of your dreams like you will at the regular U-​Fab store but, if you are a little more flexible, you will certainly find something that you can work with. You can either find something to use as an accent to you «main act» more expensive fabric from their regular store or you can shift your idea a bit to use the more affordable fabric you find here. Either way, if you walk in, you’re in for a great opportunity to cut your fabric budget in half. What more could you want?
Now, let’s get to the even bigger star of the show here – the service! My goodness, the service here is a DREAM! The ladies are so helpful, and they get a sense of your vision right away, and get right to work on helping your bring your creative little dreams to life! They’re just as excited about your project as you are! They even help you with great style and finishing tips, help you determine a fabric amount estimate, and, what’s more, these ladies are great at helping boost your creativity. They do a wonderful job of pointing out fabrics that you may not have even considered, but that will work beautifully in your design.
On a budget? They help you find ways to incorporate their budget fabric with the stuff at the regular store. That’s right, they have all of the swatches for the stuff in both the Richmond and Cville stores. These fabrics are regular price, but the convenience of being able to have the items shipped to the clearance store for free is a dream. Can’t ask for much more, can you?
Please note, they close at 5PM and on Sun but, like the main stores, they are open until 7PM on Thursdays. Also, the annual clearance in January does not apply to clearance fabrics in this store.
