Aggravating. You can literally see them helping the people coming through drive in, while you stand there like a schmuck and wait inside. Awful management.

These guys are so friendly at The Village Starbucks. They have made themselves a great part of the small community around Tuckahoe and The Village Shopping Center. It’s buzzing almost all day long with a wide variety of customers. Love the phone ordering as my order is always done fast and right!

I frequently come to this starbucks location. It used to be excellent. The last couple of times I have been here, the service was absolutely terrible! The staff is all new, and doesn’t seem to have it together yet. Hopefully they can get it together

This is my local Starbucks and I love them. Nice staff, quick service, clean and well stocked. Food is good, coffee is great. It is very small compared to other locations but that doesn’t bother me. I’m in and out in under five minutes. :)

I stopped in this Starbucks location for a caffeine jump after having lunch in the shopping center and before hitting the road to drive back to Northern Virginia. I would say this is an average Starbucks location. It was clean, the staff was generally nice, my drink was fine, etc. They were working on holiday decorations that were sprawled all over the floor blocking more than a third of the floor space, which seemed kind of weird to me to be doing in the middle of the day, when there is a decent flow of customers. I ran to the bathroom while my drink was being made, and when I got out expecting to see my drink waiting there for me, it was not. So that was a bit disappointing because it wasn’t like it was that busy in there. That all being said, if I was local, I’m sure I’d visit this location often.

One of the nicer Starbucks in the city. It’s pretty large and has plenty of tables to either converse or study. I did the latter and took one of my online finals here(got an A!) The baristas I dealt with were very nice and made my order way faster than expected. I did feel a bit out of place in my VCU clothes since this place is clearly U of R territory as stated by the flag hanging above, but I will gladly come back here over all the VCU Starbucks. My kind of scene.

Ok, first off, I acknowledge I am not a fan of Starbucks. All of their blends taste like they were burned in the roasting process and I’ve harassed them about not having more Fair Trade offerings in their daily offerings. The staff at this location are excellent. Super friendly and helpful has been my only experience. So why I am reviewing one? Well: I’m giving this location 2 stars b/c of space. Being a second career person, I am always on the lookout for good studying spots(I tend to go stir crazy w/o access to sunlight and fall asleep in libraries) and this is one spot to avoid. They only have a handful of tables and chairs and the space is super small i. e it gets noisy with a quickness. And one day I was there, there was this dude watching some sort of show/movie on his tablet without headphones. Really? No one else wants to hear your show, so please don’t share w/the rest of us.

Insert standard Starbucks definition here… Then add in an untrained barista being coached by someone verbally but not physically. Then add a line about 10 people deep. Recipe for disaster. Ordered a venti pumpkin spice latte non fat no whip today, got some sort of cinnamon chai soymilk drink he claimed was pumpkin. Didn’t realize until I was a minute down the road… so sad.

Very good Starbucks, baristers are friendly and helpful. Not five stars because i usually have to explain why I don’t want coffee in my milk! Seriously this is the Starbucks i got to late in the evening and I like to enjoy a warm cup of milk flavored in whatever mood I am in for the ride home.

I will admit it. I am addicted to Starbucks. All things Starbucks. I use starbucks coffee at home, I have the starbucks cups, the travel mug —(I’m sorta sounding creepy here) but it’s true! I work crazy hours and I love my caffeine. Only reason I didnt’ give the place 5 stars is… how hard is it to have extra half and half containers full and check them regularly so they don’t run out? I mean, it’s not brain surgery right? That’s my only beef. This is a great starbucks.

This is the BEST Starshmucks in Richmond, and coincidentally, the only one that I’ll go to. I think I’ve been spoiled by the DC coffeehouses and just can’t justify supporting this place. except this one. Located at The Village, this place has great baristas who are friendly, fast and typically upbeat. They make a good frou frou coffee drink, but it still costs a million dollars. It’s my occasional pre-work stop when I feel like the drip coffee at work(some Starbucks brand) just won’t do it. If you’re on this side of Richmond, I think that you’re going to need to come through here, just to experience what Starbucks is all about
