Stage Light & Sound

I don’t know how good they are at production or service. I just know that they should gone out of business.
I’ve submitted an email request, called for 2 days leaving voicemail. I finally get a hold with someone on the phone on the third day. I told him I need a quote on dance floor and audio equipment. He said he’ll needs to put me on hold, then the line transfer to some other Verizon cellphone, which goes to voicemail, again.
I don’t know what kinda business which doesn’t reply email, doesn’t reply voicemail, doesn’t answer the phone, and worst of all, doesn’t answer customer when they’re present. You’re lucky if you can get a hold of them and even consider yourself a lottery winner of they deliver the service as promised.

I’m a performer that just played a festival type gig where these guys handled the stage, lights and sound. We play rock and country. I’ve performed with lots of sound companies at gigs. We have two full drum kits, two guitars, bass and lots of vocals. Basically lots happening.
These guys were pros and made our band sound GREAT. They were well prepared, good equipment and easy to work with. They were fast on set up and sound check. No real snafus.

We recently utilized Stage, Lights and Sound for my daughter’s wedding. Albert provided a great quote and delivered as promised. His drivers and set up crew were on time, courteous, conscious and professional. The same goes for the tear down crew.
Planning and facilitating a wedding is stressful, working with good vendors who perform is enormously helpful! Stage Lights and Sound is definitely one of those vendors. Thanks guys!

SLS was amazing this last weekend… Not only did they provide exactly what they promised but they went above and beyond to help us. The event was a fundraiser for the American Cancer Society, they gave us a good competitive price, and provided amazing service. The tent was beautiful, the sound was amazing and the engineers were professional and knew exactly what they were doing. We had a lot of newer bands and acts, they worked out kinks, redesigned the lights and some mics to work with the talent. I just can’t say enough for how much they did to make our entertainment for our event a success. If I could give them a higher rating I would, if you need quality audio equipment, and professional audio engineers for your event these are your guys. Now I ususally don’t do this, but since I use this website alot to gauge weather or not I should go with a company I felt obligated to give this review. I planned a suprise party for my husband, and contacted this company a month or 2 in advance attempting to rent an event tent. I should have known something was wrong when I kept having to contact them to confirm and reconfirm things, and then repeat information. Well 5 days before the event I received 2 different emails (not phone calls) stating that they were not going to be able to rent the tent to me. TWO different emails with 2 different excuses. Email # 1 stated that they could rent the tent to me due to the fact that it had been damaged the previous weekend, and therefore there it wasn’t available to rent. Email/​excuse # 2 said that my cc didn’t authorize therefore they rented the tent to someone else… I was completly floored at the lack of professionalism. I would recommend this place to my dog. They have cheap prices, but you get what you pay for.
