Description

Specialties

Serendipity and Grace is a family owned business with a knowledge in customer service and a proud neighborhood attitude. As we grow, our number one goal is to continue to offer the boutique experience that our customers are used to receive from us. We strive to create a business that is independent, vibrant, rewarding for all associates and a credit to the communities we serve.

History

Established in 2006.

Serendipity and Grace was introduced in 2006, when we opened our website with accessory designers from around the world. We have since expanded into our own jewelry line and our own charity that works with disabled adults across Richmond. In 2013 we opened our location in Richmond Virginia and continued growing our online presence.

Fast forward to the fall of 2015 year, where we just relocated to Regency Square Mall and we have yet to be proven wrong. E-Commerce has grown tremendously, and the same retail chains can be found across the United States. However, boutique retailing, driven by true passion and the creation of a unique and entertaining shopping experience, cannot be duplicated. Serendipity and Grace is a family owned business with a knowledge in customer service and a proud neighborhood attitude. As we grow, our number one goal is to continue to offer the boutique experience that our customers are used to receive from us.
