I used London Uniform recently to get new uniforms for our whole office and had a great experience. There is new ownership and Van does a great job. He is very knowledgable and efficient. There were even a couple of times he came to the office because I was too busy, including the final delivery. All around great experience. I’d absolutely recommend.

Horrible customer service. I would have given it 0 stars if that was an option. I was going in to try on some Klogs, and they only had white and black… I mentioned that I wanted a different color and that I might have to look online, and the woman wouldn’t even let me try on the shoes! I was planning on buying a pair of danskos while I was in there because they had the pair I wanted, but will never go back for anything. Rude woman with terrible customer service skills. If you want people to buy ONLY your products, you cannot be rude to everyone that walks through the door, and you may want to consider carrying more than just two colors in a shoe that isn’t sold in very many stores!
I feel sorry for the store, because every review I’ve seen is negative, yet I gave the store a chance… AND THE WOMAN WORKING TODAY BLEW IT.
