2nd visit here. I come with my friends who live in the area. I love frozen yogurt. I eat plain flavors with no toppings. Their flavors seem decent. This time I got the orange and marshmallow as well as some pineapple. My 2 friends got a bunch with toppings even some whip cream which they have. Nothing wrong with the yogurt but nothing to wrote home about. We got to check out and we said we didn’t have the loyalty card with us. We asked for another one. The young girl said they were out and anyways they don’t combine them. The gentlemen with his son behind us joked and said we could put it on his so I said sure… give someone the credit. The young girl said she already rang it up and couldn’t do that. Our total came to 17.03 $ so I gave her a 20. She rang it up and was going to give me 93 cents in change so I was looking for 3 pennies and told her I would be giving her the change. She said she couldn’t do that. The kicker was the cash drawer was still open. She said once she rings it, she can’t change it. That just annoyed me. Take my 3 cents and give me a dollar. The drawer is open. I’d rather go to menchies.

Will never visit this location and do not mind driving further to visit the Frostwood location. The fact I can not get my own sample and have to be followed with the attendant to be served my samples is so stupid and very uncomfortable. I was with my 5 year old who is very indecisive and the lady seemed to get annoyed as she was trying to decide what flavor a she wanted to try. Their selections are limited as several flavors were out of order and one entire machine out of the wall. Even the consistency of the yogurt was bad. It was not creamy and not fully froze so it was very runny. The toppings were lacking. Like how do you not have marshmallows for a topping??? And the granola was stale. Definitely disappointing

Can’t even sample the flavors without being embarrassed by the workers because these Indian owners are so cheap that they don’t allow customers to taste the flavors. The flavors aren’t all that great either. I go only when I’m too lazy to go elsewhere because I live a few miles away.

We love this place the coconut flavor is awesome. Only thing is it stinks like unwashed dish rags being used over and over. Lol. Other than that it’s yummy. We’ve been maybe eight times in one month.

The tart flavor tasted spoiled. We let the attendant know, but no effort was made to understand our issue or refund our money. Service recovery opportunity lost. My daughter’s cup was just fine.

This great place to come for a family treat. Clean facility with friendly staff and all of the good selections you’d expect in a top of the line frozen yogurt shop.

Love this place! If you like chocolate defiantly try their Brownie Batter flavor. SOOO Good! I love the fact that this place is so close to home that I can drop by whenever. The ambiance is nice as well, a nice place to go chill for a while. Also, the staff is so friendly! I’ll be a regular here soon! Also, get their reward card if you plan on coming here often!

My wife and I love fro-yo, but we had never heard of this place until one opened near our neighborhood. The selection of flavors and toppings is great — plus they have cup dividers, so your orange sorbet doesn’t encroach on your cookies & cream, which is actually a horrible combination. There’s even a play area for kids if we had them. Will be back for sure for the convenience, comfy couches, and air conditioning alone.

My favorite froyo spot. I’ve tried many but this is by far the best. I get cheesecake, orange, and salted caramel. The environment is friendly, it’s a good place to come and hang out after a long day.

Don’t care for it. Bland bland artificial tasting overpriced frozen yogurt. I tried three flavors and wouldn’t go back based on any three. Kids made themselves cups of $ 10 yogurt. No thank you.

Nom nom! This place is out in my Mom’s hood and we go every time were even remotley close by. It’s the perfect after dinner treat. The flavors are always interesteing and changing. My last adventure I had peanut butter and banana with peanut butter chips and it was simply delicious!

A wonderful throwback to the Yogurt Shops of the late 80’s. This modern twist adds more than just your OLDSKOOL three choices, one being a swirl… Grab anything from Birthday Cake, Pineapple, or my favorite, Red Velvet! Pile on an additional candy store of toppings including Fruity Pebbles or Vanilla Wafers and you have a perfect family treat for the extreme Texas Summer! On top of the great tastes, unlike a lot of the other Yogurt Shops out there, this place is kept clean and stocked so you aren’t worried about sitting in the leftovers from the three-year-old that previously inhabited your seat.

If you have kids this is the place to go. For what little Richmond has to offer so far, this place is good. I am not a fan of frozen yogurt but as long as my daughter loves this place, we’ll continue to be regulars.

For over-priced yogurt spots, I’m a fan of this one. I liked that they give you the option for a waffle cone/square to put in your cup. I LOVE the caramel flavored yogurt, cookies and cream, and cheesecake. The flavors are all subtle, like when you eat a flavored jelly bean(how the popcorn flavor tastes like popcorn but not the consistancy of popcorn).

This new Orange Leaf location is very similar to the location in Katy(and probably all the others?). Its also similar to all the other do it yourself yogurt bars that are popping up everywhere… is frozen yogurt this years cupcake? Orange Leaf sells a good yogurt, but I find their toppings pretty lacking. I know its not helpful to compare to a store 1500 miles away, but Cherry On Top in Pasadena, CA blows Orange Leaf away in terms of topping options. Why limit what’s available? The youngster working the cash register was friendly, but not overly knowledgeable. Best part to me is its a nice place to sit and have yogurt close to home at a very good price! My one wish(beyond expanding the topping options) would be to let people know what flavors are in store currently and when to the others. Looking at their menu of flavors on their website there are a few flavors I’d love to try, but who knows when they’ll be available? Update: I had a chance to speak with the store manager. Her name is Katy, she is very nice and helpful.
