The owner «Dan» called and talked with me after my review to explain why they had done what they did. It was a misunderstanding as to how I wanted my car handled. They agreed to split the cost with me in order to make things right. I will likely try them again in the future as they appear to be a place that is focused on their reputation and making wrongs right again.

I’ve done lots of business with these folks and they’ve always been very professional and taken great care of me and my family!
I recently had an issue with another Goodyear shop (see my review of Goodyear Auto Service Center in College Station) and after contacting Dan, and the way he took care of me and my daughter, I couldn’t begin to say enough on here! He definitely put the Integrity into their name!
You can’t go wrong here folks! They might not be the cheapest, or quickest in all the land, but I can assure you that they will take great care of you and stand behind their name!

I have lived in the Richmond area for 20 years by far the best garage there is an area I drive by three other repair shops to get to integrity is there just that good if you don’t use him you’re an idiot

These guys always do a great job! I’ve stopped to get my oil changed, which comes with a free tire fill and rotation, and there was a pretty long line of cars in front of me. I was the only person waiting in the lobby, sipping my complimentary soda, and I had one of the guys approach me to let me know that they were going to bump me to the front, so I didn’t have to wait for 2 hours.
If you want a trustworthy auto shop that is very good prices, get your oil changed here!

Integrity Tire & Auto is a very honest shop, I have been taking my cars to this guys fo a few years now and never had any problems at all, Dan and Shawn the owners take care of the customers like they are their own family, in top of that they will beat any prices around town on tires and auto repairs, they have really good technicians and service advisors, the most important thing is when you have a good mechanic you can trust and they are really close to me, keep up the good work guys, thank you for taking care of my vehicle’s all this years for me!

I’m glad I trusted the already great reviews Integrity has on Unilocal and brought my 2007 Passat here for its 80k oil change. Given that it was just routine maintenance I can’t say much about how good they are at diagnosing faults or carrying out more complex repairs but I will say this — if I ever needed something like that I would gladly bring my car to these guys to have it looked at.
The service advisors are professional and courteous. I emailed them a day or so earlier to get a quote and the reply (from Felipe) was prompt and gave me all the information I needed. Not one of those «bring your car in and we’ll see» replies that I’ve received from other auto shops. It really annoys me when people do that and I was glad that Integrity was different and everything was transparent right from the get go.
There was no attempt to up sell anything even though the car has a few to-​do items. For instance the tires desperately need to be replaced. Integrity did of course point this out (I should add they have a very decent tire selection too) but I wasn’t pressured into buying anything. Instead we discussed all my options and I walked out with a few quotes that seem to be fairly competitive with what the others are offering.
Will definitely be returning here!

I had the AC go out on my wife’s van on a Friday. I showed up at Integrity Tire & Auto after 5 PM hoping to get it resolved before the weekend since we have four kids and without AC, just going to church in these 100 degree days was going to be a bear. I explained to Dan the symptoms and after a quick peek at it told me to pull it down to the last bay. He had a tech look at it, pulled out the coolant to make sure it was not low, and by the time I was done there were a couple other techs trying to figure it out for me before they shut down for the night.
That is what I was looking for, help determining the issue. While it was a bit of a puzzle, they told me what they thought it was and ordered the part for me. I picked it up the next morning. Dan charged me less for that part than I could find anywhere else and would not charge me for more than an AC system check. I was floored. I installed the part the next morning and we were cool in the van again.
I wish there were more business owners like Dan. I value him and his shop and highly recommend him.

Very straight forward and honest. Customers appreciate that. The price is always reasonable and fair. Plan on coming back.

I’m sitting here on the side of US59 because a second set of lugs sheared on another wheel. Guys, stop over tightening lug nuts on customer cars. It’s rush hour and I’m on the left shoulder waiting for a tow truck. Last time this happened it was in the street in front of my house. I got stood up by their tow driver and ended up replacing the rear lugs myself. I should have replaced them all.
Update: i’m changing this review from one star to five. While I was still riding in the wrecker Dan called me from Integrity to see if I was OK. Wow. We diverted the wrecker to Integrity and I’m giving them another shot. Customer service like this is hard to find. He also told me over the phone that two years ago they switched to 100% hand tightening on the wheels, so this is not a problem if you had your car serviced there more recently than I did. To top it all off, this happened because the lug nuts came loose. This was not Integrity’s fault, but likely mine. Dan STILL won’t take my money and keeps telling me he’s just glad I’m safe. Class act.

I was directed to take my car here when I arrived in Texas from up north and the engine conked out. They were completely honest with me and told me that it was not worth fixing and allowed me to keep the car in their lot for a couple weeks until I found someplace I was going to buy from and trade in the non-​functioning car.
I brought the car I was interested in buying in and had them check it out — quick and for a great price.
Just took my car in for an oil change and they made sure to put the right oil in it (the last place I had it done at they didn’t do that at all) and their price was one of the cheapest I had found for fully synthetic oil changes and they take Goodyear coupons, BONUS!
They are always really nice, Lee is fantastic. Ive asked them several ‘stupid’ questions but they never look at me like its stupid and they give me an honest answer.
Being a female new to the area i highly recommend this place. It may not be the cheapest place for some things, but I guarantee you they are going to be honest with you.

Have not used this shop in a couple years and once again I found out why. Took my cargo van in for front brakes. Was told it would take about an hour, then after I questioned that they said hour and half. I asked for a ride home which they promptly did. Received a call over 4 hours later that I needed new tires (which one needs to be replaced but not all of them), wanted to resurface the bearings on the front brakes as well as the back (nothing wrong with the back brakes) which would be an hour of labor for both (probably take them 5 minutes for what ever they were trying to sell). I promptly told them no, no, and no just wanted new brakes pads. I do not like some one trying to upsell me on things I do not need. Last time I used this shop they told me all four tires needed to be replaced when only one really did (one tire was 6 months old.) I do not consider this Integrity at all and will go back to my regular shop for service with no upselling.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! We picked my daughter’s car up and the check engine light was on «after» they supposedly repaired the car. It was shaking tremendously. Had they test drove it after they were finished they would have noticed all of this. We took it back on Monday and they tell me that they have to run a diagnostic test on the car. They run it and call me and tell me that the car needs new spark plugs and new coil. I ask them how much it will be and they tell me that it will be $ 353.00 and I asked for them to break the numbers down for me. He goes $ 53.00 labor, 19.99 per spark plug you need 4 and 175.00 for the coil. I hang up with them and to call my ex-​husband and let him know what they said. I then went to O’Reilly’s website and looked up the cost of the parts they were 4.49 for a spark plug (the highest being 8.49) and the coil is 75.00. I call them back and tell them that my daughter is on her way to pick up the car and he proceeds to tell me that I will have to pay for the diagnostic. I am like what you guys had the car and gave it back to me when the check engine light. I told that I can’t believe that they do business that way more than a 100% markup on the parts. He proceeds to tell me that it was only a 55% mark up and he has to make money. I said no sir it’s more than a 100% mark up do the calculations and i told him the cost I found online. He then goes you car will be ready when she gets here you have to pay the 90.00 diagnostic fee and hung up on me. The name of this place is supposed to be INTEGRITY and it’s not at ALL! The owner is extremely nice but nice does not say it for his worker or his prices!!!

My company has taken 2 vehicles to this shop & both times they took it upon themselves to «adjust» repairs not requested & then the repairs were incorrect. Owner talks a good talk with, «We will take care of you».

Unbelievably honest, and GREAT, fair pricing. Simply the best. I feel so lucky to have found them.

My father has been coming to this location for years. I am one of those ppl who just goes to whatever place is convenient. Last week I was hit in a parking lot and took my car in to Integrity to have them check it out.
Lee was my service guy and he checked out the things that I had mentioned might be an issue. He found one problem that needed attention and when I told him I would bring it back a few days later for repair, he said that would be fine.
I left the location and received a phone call a few minutes later from Lee letting me know that he called the local dealership and discovered that the repair I needed was still under warranty. I work in retail (aka: i have no money) and I am a part time student.
The fact that Lee went out of his way to find out this information for me says a lot about the type of ppl they have working for them

This is an honest garage as far as I can tell. They were very courteous, prompt and they treated me right. And they even inspect motorcycles!

Ok, I previously thought «honest mechanic» was an oxymoron. Every time I had to take my car into the shop for something even as simple as an oil change, I’d cringe with the thought that I’d either get ripped off or they’d do a shoddy job. I trusted no one. (If you’d read my review of NTB, you’d know why I was right in my wariness).
HOWEVER, after my nightmare at NTB, I was going to suck it up and take it to the dealership for repairs when a friend of mine suggested this place. She said they were honest and up front and stood by exactly what they’re name suggests: Integrity. I figured it couldn’t hurt to go here instead of the dealership and I trusted her opinion.
Still… I was hesitant and after looking up their website I wondered if they really did more than tires well. I was in a very skeptical mood. I decided I’d feel them out a bit and sent off an email describing my problems in minor detail, that the other mechanics thought it might be the transmission (which for the record… I didn’t agree with the other mechanics’ assessment, but this was part of the test because my cynical opinion is any mechanic will try to sell you a new transmission if they know you think you already need one) and asked them if they dealt with that sort of thing. They told me to bring it in and they’d look at it and quoted the price for a diagnostic.
I gathered my game face and took it into the shop. IMMEDIATELY, I was drawn to the playful, friendly atmosphere of the place. These guys seemed to really enjoy working on vehicles and it’s nice being around people who love their work. My icy heart toward mechanics began the thawing process.
Briefly, I explained (again) why I was there and handed over the key to my car.
TANGENT: I want to note that I walked into the shop about 15 minutes before they closed for the day. And they were STILL nice to me. I cannot tell you how many times I’ve gotten that look or even flat out been told it’s the end of the day and I shouldn’t be there.
One of the other mechanics… I think he was one of the owners, actually, but I’m a newbie so I wasn’t sure… anyway, he overheard me talking about the transmission and he asked me more about what the car was doing. Smart, right? You’d think everyone would ask about the symptoms, right? Wrong! Other places did not. Other places just tried to treat me like a sweet little girl who didn’t need to worry her pretty little head about cars. (Again… part of the test) I explained in more detail the symptoms my car was displaying, etc. And, again, I dangled the bait about possibly needing a new transmission. THEN, he tells me it really didn’t sound like my transmission at all. Even a little bit. But, that it sounded like my catalytic converter was clogged. DING DING DING!!! We have a winner. I was 95% positive it had been my catalytic converter all along. But, the other place wouldn’t even look at it. Made some excuse about my car not being old enough. Fail.
This guy had made a more educated guess as to the problem AND HE LET ME KNOW about it. While a catalytic converter is still expensive… it’s not a transmission. Still… I was going to give them one more chance to sell me on that transmission. I couldn’t help it. I was sure an honest mechanic was too good to be true. What can I say? I’m a product of my environment. So, I tell him that I was thinking the catalytic converter as well, but I was worried that I may still have some transmission issues since I’d never changed the fluid on it and hadn’t taken care of it as well as I should have. He promised they’d take a look at it and let me know.
The next day, I get the call. Catalytic converter was completely clogged and needed to be replaced. Transmission is fine. No need to worry about that. These mechanics = MY heroes. I cannot recommend them enough. It’s nice to know there is someone I can trust with my car.
