Manager

Terrence has over 15 years experience in the automotive repair industry and stands ready to assist you with all of your automotive needs. Terrence regularly attends ongoing industry training to stay abreast of changes in the industry and is an ASE certified Automotive Service Consultant. This allows him to give you the latest and most comprehensive advice on how to keep your vehicle on the road longer so that you can make the most out your automotive investment.

Worst place to take your car went in for a radiator flush and to change some belts paid over $ 400 and on my way home saw the car smoking and found out they forgot to reconnect the hoses and they use water to refill it now a month later my engine has a knocking noise DONT GO HERE

I’m new to the area and this was close to my home, so I wanted to check them out. I took my car in for an annual inspection. Terrance was nice enough, but seemed a little irritable — like he was having a bad day. There was one other person in the waiting room. My car was taken back within 10 minutes of arrival. But I was there over an hour for just an inspection. They did a «thorough» check of my car and since it is still relatively new with 30k miles, they did not find anything «wrong». When I asked why it was taking so long, Terrance seemed irritated and did not say much other than they check a lot of things out.
My impression is that they were taking the opportunity to look for more business instead of taking care of what I came in for… an required annual inspection. I do not appreciate them taking my time to do something I did not ask for. If this is their form of «customer care», then they need to warn the customer or ask them if they want that level of «care».

I can’t say enough nice things about this shop. The staff are very friendly. There is a large waiting area that is clean with a television, magazines, and a kitchenette. If you live near, they will shuttle you home and come get you for long repairs. We’ve had two vehicles serviced at this location. One is a BMW that we had been taking to the dealership and seriously overpaying. You will only get honest care. Terrence, the manager, always follows up to make sure we were satisfied after each visit. Love these guys!

Only take your vehicle here if you want to spend extra $$$ for the same services you can get elsewhere. Took mine because of check engine light was on. They quoted me $ 1100 (down from $ 1700 originally). I told them I don’t want them to work on it and still had to pay $ 300 for them to check why «check engine» light was on and other misc. I took vehicle to another place and paid $ 275 for them to fix!
