Bring your hard hats and dust masks, folks. Despite researching this hotel online, there was no mention of the major renovations in progress. The lobby was a mess — plastic sheeting, no flooring, no place to sit. The only things operating in the lobby were the front desk and the doors. The elevator was filthy with construction dust. When we got off the elevator, we were encountered carpeting that wasn’t tacked down, post-it notes for room numbers, a gutted room that was not blocked off, wires hanging from the ceiling. No pool. No business center. No fitness center. The poor continental breakfast was down a long hallway under construction with wires hanging from the ceilings. The air was heavy with the smell of paint, solvents, and drywall dust. I felt like I needed a hard hat. We would have turned around and gone elsewhere but, due to the tournaments and events in the area that weekend, there were no other hotels with two beds available and we had a party of 3. Never got a chance to talk to a manager. Despite several calls, I have not received any of the room rate reductions that were promised.

Stayed one night, made reservations online, checked in quick and easy. The room was okay. Pillows were too small, my bf made the comment he would have preferred 2 large size rather than 4 small. I was disapointed their complimentary toiletries were missing toothpaste. I forgot mine, so it would have been nIce to have one there. They had the standard stuff. Tv in the room was flat screen, standard choice of cable. Temperature was okay. Bed was comfortable. The greeter at the desk when we checked in was very nice and helpful. Late that night we realized we forgot a corkscrew for wine, and the front desk had one. Said they keep one around because someone always forgets theirs. My only complaint was the complimentary breakfast was bland looking. We walked in at 10:00, the room was packed, and the breakfast bar was clearly almost empty, eggs looked wet, waffle mix machine was empty, there was a group of lacross players staying there too, everyone seemed upset at the bar needing to be replenished. We walked in, looked at the bar and turned right around. Luckily there was a Bob Evans restaurant right next door, we walked over there and had a great breakfast. Funny thing about the maid service. They were PROMPT. I mean right at 11 am she knocked on the door to remind us it was check out time. I would still stay here again, overall the room was okay, price was reasonable.

Very pet friendly hotel. When we checked in, after a disaster at Super 8, we were welcomed with a little«doggie bag» with biscuits and a cute welcome card to our pet. The room was beautiful. As an aside, I think you’ll find they did update the bedding, per the other review. Ours was great.

Rooms are clean, but they need to have the bedding updated. Staff was very nice. It wuld be nice to have ottomans w chairs, very sparsely furnished.

This was a ok stay, The clerk could not find my GP number to add to my account, and the hotel had just recovered from a power outage he was not happy. You could not change the TV’s in the fitness rooms(i did not want to work out and watch CNN the whole time). Then, before I could leave at 11am, my key had be blocked so I could not get back in my room. I went downstairs to the front desk she coded the wrong key. We went through that twice. by then i knew it was TIMETOGO!
