They have always taken great care of me and my cars. They do stand behind their work and will make any issues right. They are always amongst the cheaper quotes for identical work and do not push for unneeded work. Plus they will give you rides to your house if you drop off ur car. Sometimes they get busy and things can take longer or will be harder to see that day but that’s just business and unforeseen rushes.

Had a couple of brake lights changed. I was told it would be around $ 20 which I thought was already high. Then I found out after they charge $ 20 per light. My bill was $ 50 for 2 lights. I then called brake check and they only charge the cost of the bulb and no labor.
I have them 2 stars because they are nice people but I think that’s way overpriced.

My wife’s car broke down it’s had engine trouble. They did a diagnostic for $ 90. They told me that I need a new engine. It’s a Honda accord which is kind of strange with 130,000 miles. They call junkyards to see about a price for an engine. They come back with a $ 4300 quote. I thought that was really high for a used engine with install. A day later a guy from Christian Brothers calls me to see if we want to sell the car to him. Kind of strange right? Umm
I call my mechanic in the Galleria to see how much he would charge me for another engine. He Quoted me half the price.
Take it from me. Shop around before you go to these guys. There’s nothing «Christian» about this auto shop.

I have taken my cars here for the past year and never had any problems with service. I have not experienced what the other reviewer was talking about. They have always been fair and honest with me. I know a lot about my cars and know how to work on them if I choose… I can usually tell when a mechanic is trying to rip me off and I have NOT experienced that here!
If you have any issues with any of the workers, ask for the owner, he is a great guy and will take good care of you.
They are cheaper than a dealer and will back all their work! I’m sure you can find a cheaper mechanic, but remember… You get what you pay for! I have learned it is better to spend a little more to have the piece of mind the job was done right by a reputable company!!!

AVOID
Three times! Three times I have given this place a chance. Yes it’s true I didn’t learn my lesson the first time the tried to screw me.
The staff is terrible and often doesn’t acknowledge the fact that you are standing at the counter waiting. I’ve been told twice that they wouldn’t change my oil, because they didn’t have time. Both times the place was open another 5hrs, and notice they didn’t say they «couldn’t» They specifically said «Im not going to be doing your car today» Very Bad Service.
Then there’s price the three times I mentioned before do not include tune ups. Each time I have taken my car to them for engine work the dealership has been cheaper. Not just for labor, but even the parts have been $ 50-​$ 100 cheaper. It’s so bad that I actually paid to have my car towed to the dealership and it was STILL cheaper. They also try to pile as much crap on the bill as they can think of. I got new brakes two weeks before going here and they tried to convince me it was time for a change.
Finally we have the emails. I’ve unsubscribed I don’t know how many times, but I still get emails from these clowns trying to get me to drop more money on overpriced mundane tune ups. Despite unsubscribing I still get spammed by these guys.
If you car is completely dead just tow it somewhere else. The convince in location is not worth it.
