HORRIBLE service. When I was a child my mom used to take me here for cotillion dresses and things like that and I remember, even as a child, thinking the sales ladies were disingenuous and troll-​like. Fast forward a few decades and I returned looking for a baby shower gift and was ignored for a good 20 minutes. The sales ladies just kept talking to each other despite the fact that I was lingering around trying to find a chance to interrupt them and ask for help. If you want me to pay $ 100+ for a baby outfit then you better acknowledge my existence. I left and will never return.

This buttons and bows is BS. My friend and his lady Renee were walking around looking to get baby shower gifts for another friend, when one of us overheard 2 sales associates talking about having to keep an eye on them because they’re an interracial couple and they’re probably going to try and steal. This is pretty much all I can type without cursing. The store manager was contacted and she herself is black. She seemed concerned and was going to address the problem, and I’m hoping the uppity white girl was fired.
