Rob has been a top-​producing agent with Bob Firestone & Co. since 1993. He began his career primarily in leasing and property management before shifting his focus to working with both buyers and sellers by selling real estate in 1998. Rob has achieved the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designation and is a member of the National, Virginia, and Richmond Association of Realtors.

Rob was born and raised in Chesterfield County and still lives in the Midlothian area with his wife and infant son. He is a 1992 graduate of Virginia Tech with a degree in Finance. Rob uses his extensive knowledge of the entire Richmond/​Central Virginia area to the advantage of his clients. He is highly motivated, goal oriented, and possesses strong negotiating skills. Rob works with each of his clients on an individual, personalized level on each and every step of the home buying or selling process.
