For over 30 years Napolitano Homes has been passionately committed to creating quality homes and communities. What sets Napolitano Homes apart from other new home builders out there is we genuinely understand what a home means to a family. This understanding stems not just from our steadfast dedication to quality and innovation, but because we too are a family. With so many larger building companies out there it’s easy to feel lost in the shuffle. Which makes finding a family oriented business driven by pride and commitment to satisfy every customer very refreshing. We are building homes not just houses.
Our homebuilding company was founded in 1977 by father Fred Napolitano Sr. and son Vincent. Since then, sons Fred II and John have contributed their talents, making Napolitano Homes one of the finest and most influential family teams in the new homebuilding industry. Our experience has awarded us the achievement of constructing over 7,000 new homes in Virginia and North Carolina.

Business Owner
Vince started Napolitano Homes in 1977 with his father, Fred Napolitano Sr. His involvement with the national and local building communities ranges from his 1990 TBA Presidency (Tidewater Builders Association), 1995 HBAV Presidency (Home Builders Association of Virginia) to his current position on the NAHB Board of Directors (National Association of Home Builders) and many more. Vince personally decides the types of homes we build, what we will offer in those homes and what our communities will look like. His two brothers, John and Fred II now also have joined the buisness. Helping to truly make this a family owned and operated company.
