Store is clean and the staff are friendly. They will answer your questions abd are patient if you’re indecisive like a shooter like myself! Have been here multiple times and continue to get great service!

If you’re in the market for lotion or soap, this is the place to go! This store is packed with tons of them! Unbelievable! On top of that, the staff is very kind and helpful. Excellent customer service here, especially during the busy holiday shopping season. We had someone assist us during our visit here and was very pleasant in answering our questions and giving us very valuable information regarding their products. To top it off for the night, after the cashier asked us if we had any coupons to use and we said no, she grabbed a coupon from the back counter to use for our transaction, saving us an additional $ 10 on our purchase. That was very nice of her, and I was all smiles after she did that. It was such a great atmosphere here tonight, and I look forward to coming back here again soon. This location is probably the biggest Bath and Body Works in the Richmond area.
