Whatever the occasion, we will turn an ordinary room into an extraordinary event.

History

Established in 1997.

Balloons by Extreme was started out of a dorm room, Huntley Hall, on the campus of Virginia Union University in Richmond, Virginia. In an effort to try to make a little extra money while in school, the founder began selling balloon arrangements around campus. That same year, he began to decorate with balloons for campus events. Three years later, he became a Certified Balloon Artist (CBA). That same year, he learned the art of balloon twisting and has been entertaining clients with his spectacular balloon figures and awe inspiring balloon décor ever since.
