We are selling our home and prepping for sale. Adam came out and nimbly climbed up into the attic area to inspect. He recommended removal of the old, old insulation and new material blown in. He promised to do any duct and repairs for leaks. We schedule a day for the job and the crew showed up on time and did great work. They vacuumed out the old stuff and blew in the new. They did a good job sealing the attic and cleaned up after themselves Adam came out and did a post work inspection before final payment. I highly recommend their service.

Attic Perfect lives up to the name! They removed and replaced insulation in our attic yesterday and we are very pleased. Eliyot was our PM and he did a great job explaining the process and very knowledgeable. He gave us the best recommendations for our money and we could not be more pleased. His workers, David and others were very courteous and professional and explained the process as they worked throughout the day. They cleaned up well and left the job as like as they arrived. Attic Perfect did a fantastic job on our attic. It was a mess with lots of rodent droppings, contaminated insulation, and lots of entrance points. Louie and his crew worked quickly and efficiently to clean up and remove everything. They left my home clean and installed new insulation in the attic. When Louie came by for the final inspection, he even did additional work to make sure that any questionable entry points were sealed.

Last month, I have noticed for the first time mice droppings at the kitchen and when you have a baby, the mice have to go, so you would like obviously to solve the problem correctly and quickly. This is how we have decided to get a professional’s help.

Elliott is a real pro and knows the business like nobody does. He showed up on time for a walk through to quote the job. He answered our questions, provided recommendations and spent a good amount of time explaining the process. The price was very reasonable and the whole crew showed up on time the day of the job. We called these people at attic perfect to clean the attic. We had a $ 65 coupon for attic cleaning. When the guys came, they said it would cost $ 2100. When we asked them why they sent a coupon for $ 65, he had no answer. I will never use this company again.

We had a great experience with Adam. He was really professional and took great care of us. He broke down the project into phases and explained each step as other reviewers have detailed. He also took the time to share videos of how everything works and photos and videos of our attic before, during and after the insulation was added. He even cleaned our ducts and the pricing for the project was very competitive and the best we received. We’re already feeling the difference the insulation has made! HIGHLY recommend their services.

I have just bought a new house and there was so much work to do that I didn’t even know of. I called attic perfect for an attic inspection just to make sure everything was alright up there. They sent over Adam one of their leading technicians to do a full inspection of the attic, but he insisted on checking the crawl space as well. Adam was very knowledgeable and definitely educated me on how my insulation was not up to code and also showed me videos and pictures of how disgusting the condition of my ducts were. The main reason I called was to see if my insulation was installed correctly but turns out half of my attic was barely even insulated. Adam broke down how him and his team were going to take on this project in to 5 steps:
1. Removing the old insulation
2. Air sealing/​Rodent proofing (if needed)
3. Sanitizing my entire attic to get rid of any bacteria left over
4. Replace my old rusty metal ducts with new flex ducts
5. Install new R-​38 blown in insulation which is almost 13 inches high.
He did exactly what was promised and was literally a phone call away if I had any concerns during the project which I did! Thank you so much Adam and the Attic Perfect team! Highly recommended!

Loui, the gen. mgr. COULD NOT HAVE BEEN BETTER, he is true to his word and willing to go above and beyond to satisfy my concerns concerning the elimination of critters in my attic.

Highly recommend them, their name really does match the quality of work they provided me. I recently moved to south San Fransisco and had a serious issue with air flow through my vents and also some areas of my house felt a lot more cold then others. Adam one of the technicians at the company was sent to do a full inspection of my attic. He was very helpful and educated me on what was going up there. He explained that my insulation was not up to code and showed me why 2 of my bedrooms were not getting as much air flow as the others. Not only was he helpful on the day of the inspection, but he was in and out of my house on the day of the project making sure everything was being done the right way. I hired Attic Perfect to clean out our crawl space (remove debris/​pest litter), install new air vent wiring and replace a heating duct damaged by pests.
I first had an estimate with Mike. I told him the situation and showed him all of the entry points of the home (holes in the ducts, access areas, etc.). He went in the crawl space and did a thorough inspection. After about 20 minutes, he came back out and we detailed out the work that needed to be done.
Mike was honest, talked in detail about the work that would be done and gave an overview on how best to keep pests out. Small detail, but he had an iPad that had the detail of the job order. I say this because some contractors just use pen and paper, scribble down their estimate and you do the guessing game from there.
After discussing the details of the job, we agreed to a price and warranty that I thought was reasonable, given other estimates I received (not on the low end, but not expensive either). He was very accommodating and we scheduled a day and time for him and his crew (working for Attic Perfect, not some random folks from Home Depot, which I’m told is done with other companies).
The day of, the Attic Perfect crew: David and Hector, arrived, roughly 30 minutes after the start of the window (I live in the Peninsula and they came from Richmond). I spoke to David and he listened as I did the walk through. He had my phone number and knew the details of the job.
I came back home about six hours later, and they were close to being done. Mike was there and we walked through the home for an inspection. They also did some cleaning of the dust in the house (I had to do another cleaning with soap after as most of the footprints were still there.)
Overall, I am very happy with the work and feel confident in having Mike and Attic Perfect do future work for me. I would definitely recommend them.
Quick things we noticed that helped make our decision:
1) Professional, listened and accommodating (vs. being pushy and not professional like some other companies)
2) iPad to take notes, sent via email instantly the job quote and receipt (I paid with my credit card)
3) Price transparency — we can see in the job order what work would be done.
3) Mike shook my wife’s hand. My wife listened the entire time Mike and I were talking during the estimate review, while she was with the kids. The fact that he shook my wife’s hand showed some respect.

I hired this company to provide and install new insulation through out my attic and also crawl space. I have a 1970’s home that needed proper insulation work done.
I first met with Adam the technician. He made sure to do his inspection and properly inspect the project. The crew was nice and professional. They always kept an eye out to be as clean as possible. Adam our technician was very knowledgable and always was at a call away. All of our questions were answered. His way of service was superior and I am truly a happy customer. My home is about 27 years old when I purchased it. After few months, I heard rats and so hired a pest control company. They just put traps in my attic and did nothing else. They got one rat, but after few days there is very bad smell started coming. So I contacted multiple attic cleaning folks, among them Attic perfect gave reasonable price and explained the details of what they will do. When Elyot came to give the estimate, he went through my attic to every corner and then explained me the what is the issue and how they will performing the removal of my old insulation, making it rodent proof, sanitization and put new insulation. As the smell is bad, he was able to schedule the work for next day, which is excellent.
Raonel and David arrived on time on the day of work and did a wonderful job. Even Elyot came after some time and was there till the work is complete. They made sure that the work is done and bad smell is gone. It took around 5 hours to complete the whole job. They removed the existing insulation and did a thorough vacuum cleaning to remove remaining rat droppings. They sealed all possible entry points and foamed them as well. I asked about few more entry points and even though they are small, they close those points as well. Then they sanitized the area and blown in the new insulation. I had some concerns on if they were using eco-​touch or not as it was showing as PROPINK L77 on insulation material, but Elyot explained that it is eco touch and showed that it will not cause itching.
Its a thorough professional job and I would recommend them to any one who needs insulation change, attic cleaning and rodent proofing.

I bought a fixer upper condo in Marin that needed a lot of TLC (tender loving care), and one of the problems was a major infestation of the attic. I was tempted to take care of it myself, but regrettably the problem was huge due to lack of residency. I had a coupon for a $ 95 cleanup and complete inspection, but the caveat on the coupon was that it was dependent upon inspection.
And since Attic Perfect’s inspection matched with a couple of building inspectors I hired to inspect the property and building, I went ahead and splurged a couple of thousand for a complete revamp. The house doesn’t smell as much.
Time will tell if the job they did was as good as advertised and promised, but so far the crew was professional, I was given a discount on their hourly rate, and hopefully the vermin that were using the attic of the new place as their home will be kept out for a while.

My home is about 50 years old when I purchased it. Most of the home especially the attic was neglected. During late spring it appears the rat problem was getting worse as I could hear all scratching and scurrying that rodents make during the afternoon and at night. I found attic perfect on Unilocal.Next day mike showed up and did a thorough investigation of my attic (1500sqft). He found (as i did when i was up there) tons of rat activity and a few spots where the rats were getting in the home.
We settled on a price and date for his crew to come and do the full attic clean up, which included removing all debris and contaminated insulation in the attic. it took a team of 4 people roughly 5 hours to complete from beginning to end. I inspected the work after the fact and overall it was good, 4.5 out of 5 i’d give it. There was still some debris and rat poo around but I believe it would have been impossible to remove every little spec. The rat proofing was okay. the expandable foam works but is not aesthetically pleasing.
I ended up doing the insulation blown in myself since it wasn’t too difficult and was more cost effective for me. Mike was very nice and gave me advice on how to do the work myself and offered good customer service.
I would recommend them if you have similar needs.

We called Attic Perfect thanks to a coupon we received in the mail. While they couldn’t honor the coupon for cleaning our attic since the people we bought the house from left it in terrible condition, they threw in some great extras to soften the blow of the price. They were professional, clean, and quick. Our attic looks so much better after the cleaning and re-​insulation, and we’re looking forward to lower energy bills thanks to them.

The process was fairly smooth. They were on time, friendly, and professional. While I felt that the attic job was done excellently, I had a few concerns that I relayed to Loui and he corrected them promptly. There is no option for financing or to use a credit card, so be sure you can have adequate money in your account before committing. They do accept personal checks.

I just hired Attic Perfect to deal with our crawl space situation. They removed the old barrier, sealed a rodent entry/​exit point, installed the new barrier, sealed/​patched the air duct, added new insulation (portion), and sanitized (bleach-​like ??). Loui, the project manager, was handling the project. From the estimation to the installation day, he was very professional, thorough, and pleasant to deal with. He answered my texts quickly, which was important to me. I hate waiting.
Overall, we are satisfied with the result. The team showed up on time, put tarp plastic around the work area, performed the work, and vacuumed the area when they were done. They were in communication with Loui all the time. Luis made sure that the team delivered all the works as promised. He performed the final inspection. He asked one of the team members to go back down when he wasn’t satisfied with the quality of the work.
The only thing that didn’t come out as planned is that they left quite a bit of dirt/​mud on the new vapor barrier. Not their fault. The project was done after a big storm/​rain. I let Loui know that it was bothering me. He called me right back and promised that he’ll be back in the Summer to clean up. I will add one more star after he comes back.

After looking and doing some research on Google /​Yelp, finally found attic perfect here on Unilocal,I needed to do entire attic cleaning and repairing in my moms property in el Cerito. I contacted them via phone. MIKE responded to my call in a speed of light, we discuss about the sizes and the job needs to be done on site .he was extremely nice and professional from the second he answered the phone until 2 days after when he come to comply the job in the house, prices were fair ;(as quoted) job was done super professional and clean, they said some repairs as well, after 1 day you couldn’t believe to what your eyes sees the place looked completely different, thx Mike and attic perfect, you really made it look as perfect attic, I will definitely recommend you to anyone gave this need in the future.;)

Got a moneymailer coupon for attic cleanup. Scheduled appointment for a supposedly 2 hour cleanup.
When the rep came, already gave me concern that he probably will not clean my attic instead because he «senses» that my problem is bigger. Takes a look at my small attic for 5 minutes and wraps up the appointment by telling me that he needs to remove my 10 year old insulation and replace it because of the rat urine. He emphasized his many professional years of doing this: 3. Wow a seasoned vet in the industry. Not!
Then he gave me the whopping quote of $ 4000. From $ 65 cleanup which in their misleading flyer included «preventing unwanted critters by blocking entry points,» to an additional $ 3935 to reinstall insulation. Every one beware of this 1980’s sales technique of bait and switch.

I could not be happier with the level of focused detail and service from Loui and the team of professionals at Attic Perfect. I had ignored the mess in the attic for too long and we started getting flys in our solar tube in our walk-​in closet. I checked with another company first based on reviews with Unilocal and was shocked at the price! But, it did include abatement, cleaning and new insulation. The information and details were lacking in regards to abatement.
I then called Attic Perfect after getting a local recommendation on Nextdoor. Loui came to inspect our attic and after really explaining the entry areas, and breaking down the steps of service, I was finally ready to get this job done. He was able to lower the price enough to make me happy, and I really felt that I was in good hands and would not have to do this job all over again. I would never have to hear to hear scratching above my bed again.
Loui made sure I was well taken care of, I felt very special. Any concerns I had, he made sue they were care of. I also really like the meticulous care the technician took with addressing any possible entry points. My attic is now cleaned, sanitized, protected and filled with over 11 inches of new insulation.
For something that is such a big expense, you really need to feel that the company is doing the best job possible and your not be pissed off afterwards. Many areas were addressed with both screening and tough foam blocking. Thanks, now I can sleep peacefully!

Mike, the representative provided us with a great overview of the services the team would provide, and was very thorough about the whole process and making us feel comfortable ahead of the project. They did a fabulous preparation job, to help ensure that the traffic areas and areas were the equipment would go through would be clean from dust or damage to the flooring and walls. The team was well prepared and brought the equipment, and was well staffed with people that have the expertise to do a quality job. They removed all of the old insulation, made minor repairs and left the area spotless prior to applying the new insulation material. When the project was done, they left our house very neat and clean both inside and outside within the originally estimated time.

Great service and fair pricing. Loui was knowledgeable, professional, and he and his team got the job done in two days. What started as a $ 65 cleaning service call turned out to be a much needed removal of abesto ducts, replacement of new insulation, new ducts, some new boots in the vents along with crawl space sanitization. Loui also return the third day to installed a UV light in our furnace duct area to help keep the ducts clean in the long run. Loui took pictures of before and after replacement per our request. I only wish he could have wrapped a dust cover over the new installation material on the ducts in the garage. If not for this, I would give them a 6 out of 5 star rating.

Attic Perfect stands by its name. Loui did a thorough inspection of our attic and gave us a reasonable estimate for removing old moldy insulation, sanitizing, patching up areas in the ceiling to prevent critters from entering, and installing new insulation.

I had been hearing an unnerving scurrying in the attic over the past few months, and an investigation in the attic revealed the disgusting evidence of rat activity. I called Attic Perfect because I found a $ 99 coupon for cleaning up and rodent-​proofing the attic, and Elyot came over to inspect. When Elyot came, he revealed the scale of the problem to be way beyond what their coupon offered, and my partner and I had some major sticker shock with their quote to remove all existing insulation, decontaminate the attic, put in new insulation (turns out our cotton insulation not only makes great nests for rats, it doesn’t insulate very well) and seal all holes into the house. I doubt the $ 99 coupon would cover many people who call, and for most people it should probably be considered more of a gateway to inspection.
Some years ago I hired a pest control guy who claimed to be an expert in everything rodent, and he sealed a few holes here and there, and tossed some poison around. It did nothing. When Elyot came to inspect, he showed us how many holes there were in our house! It was like a swiss cheese rat superhighway into our lives (as our longstanding but failed war of attrition against the mice). We were a little hesitant about the cost, but Elyot offered us an installment plan and also promised: «You will have a rodent-​free home.» In any case, we decided to bite the bullet and go with Attic Perfect and banish the rodents forever.
And banish they did! Under Elyot’s supervision, Attic Perfect’s team came and very efficiently dispatched the insulation (with a few dead rat bodies in it), sanitized the attic, put in new insulation and sealed SO. MANY. HOLES. into our house, both on the inside and outside — and not just in the attic — at the ground floor, in window cracks. on the inside — everywhere. Like a rat detective, Elyot takes great pride in his work and his ability to find all the places where the creatures might wriggle in. They spent hours sealing up the place. And Elyot walked us through showing all the work they did to make sure we understood what they had done.
In any case, we paid a lot more than a pest control person would charge, but then again, this time, I haven’t seen signs of rodent activity in the week since Attic Perfect has come. No scurrying in the attic, no droppings around. (They guarantee their work for a year too.) AND, our house is warmer thanks to their great job with the insulation. We are very satisfied with our experience with Attic Perfect, who met the expectations they set with speed and efficiency. They were also very communicative and responsive.

Attic Perfect absolutely lives up to its name! Tonight, I finished a complete attic insulation removal and re-​insulation in attic as well as subarea cleanup, detox and rat-​proofing. I didn’t want to wait beyond today to write this review so as not to forget something. I am absolutely satisfied with all aspects of my experience with this company. I sourced them from their mailer because I knew my home had a rat problem (I saw droppings in the garage and attic). The mailer offered an inexpensive cleanup for $ 65. The problem turned out to be more extensive than a simple cleanup (as I presumed). Elliott, the inspector and sales contact inspected the entire home and gave me a quote for a job that had a much bigger price tag than the mailer offer (which was basically for a rat feces vacuum job). I can understand where it may seem like a bait job, but considering my experience, I soon realized that it was not. I’m sure ’”bait” is part of it, of course but let’s face it; in Sales, when is it not? All I can say is that after Elliott’s fantastic team worked incredibly efficiently and effectively from 8:15 am until 7:30pm today, it was worth every penny. They took pictures throughout the process, beginning with the initial inspection, then throughout the day until completion of the project. I also inspected and verified the pics myself. Their workmanship is excellent. Also, their Owens Corning insulation product is top-​rated and great quality (I Googled it). I selected the R30 roll insulation instead of the blow-​in product, and I highly recommend it despite the increased price. Last – but certainly not least – I cannot say enough about Elliott’s amazing service and knowledge. In fact, he had an amazing background and grasp of Construction in general. I would know, as I am a Civil Engineering grad from Berkeley and can spot someone not speaking credibly. For example, while working, he noticed that the facia that lined the roof had gaps that could warp further over time, and he hadn’t noticed how bad it was in the initial inspection (see pics posted here). He then instructed his team to mesh-​cover it all at no extra cost (it was easily a couple hours of extra work). He also agreed to re-​insulate my furnace, replacing old, rotten insulation at my request (also out of scope). He accommodated every request that I had and was a consummate professional. I was very impressed. If you decide to go with this company, I recommend Elliott and his team (Hector, the foreman, and his crew). My 83-​year-​old father thought he heard scratching sounds in the attic for several years. After MULTIPLE attempts to get Western Exterminator to remedy the situation, I called Attic Perfect. (I received a coupon in the mail.) Within two days, Mike, a technician from Attic Perfect inspected the attic. He found a dead rat and a very large access opening for critters. Mike was very professional and discussed the steps involved in fixing the situation. The old insulation had rodent droppings and urine. He took pictures and a video with his phone so we could see exactly what he was talking about. He gave us options about the type of insulation we could have installed and how each one would address our needs. My father is hard of hearing, so I was the contact person for Mike. I was able to attend the consultation, but I was not able to be present during the removal and installation project. Mike phoned me throughout the day of the project to keep me updated about the process. I can’t thank him enough for being so kind and thoughtful. He listened to my father and addressed both of us. (So many times when I help my dad, the person I’m talking to only makes eye contact with me and tends to ignore my dad.) Mike just spoke a little louder and included my dad in every decision. I can’t thank Mike enough for his hard work and also for going the extra mile to make sure my dad was fully satisfied. I would highly recommend Attic Perfect. They are efficient and thorough. Loui and his team did an outstanding job insulating our attic. I met with Loui to schedule our project and my initial impression was that he was more of a sales guy. I soon realized that he is just very confident in the quality of their work and his ability to help his customers. He inspected our attic and showed us pictures & video of the current condition and rodent problems. He then showed us sample pictures of what the finished product would look like. Loui did a great job communicating the entire process (and the cost of each step) and most importantly, he delivered on all of his promises. The workers were friendly and all five of them were in attic at the same time working away in the morning. Loui arrived in the afternoon to make sure everything was going smoothly. He helped the workers finish and inspected their work. Loui showed us the finished attic, we measured the level of insulation, and he made sure we were completely satisfied with the work. They finished the work in one day with very little mess. We are now planning to use Loui and his team for another project to replace our decaying air ducts underneath the house.

My husband found an ad in the mail for attic cleanup with rodent proofing for $ 65. He called Attic Perfect, and we were able to make an appointment with them fairly quickly. A few days later, Elliot comes to our house to inspect our attic. He immediately notices that our current insulation is very old, and there are a few holes in our attic. He takes a lot of pictures of our attic to show us.
After inspecting our attic, Elliot recommended the following:
1. Remove all of the old insulation
2. Sanitize the attic
3. Rodent proof the attic by covering up all holes
4. Blow in new insulation
Due to all of the things that had to be done, we were unable to use the $ 65 ‘attic cleanup and rodent proofing’. Instead Elliot calculated all of the items and provided us with a final cost. It was definitely much higher than $ 65…lol. Me and my husband were definitely a bit shocked at the price, since we were just expecting to pay $ 65. Elliot had to explain to us why the cost was high. We told Elliot that we would need time to do some research before we felt comfortable signing up for it. Elliot mentioned that Attic Perfect would price match any of their competitors.
After Elliot left our house, we began doing research on other Attic companies. After doing some price comparisons, we began to realize that Attic Perfect gave us the average price for our attic size. When Elliot called us back about an hour later, we told him about our research and the prices from other companies. Elliot was willing to work with us by giving us the best price compared to others. We gave him the 10% deposit to guarantee that we were willing to move forward with Attic Perfect. Elliot was quickly able to schedule our new insulation to be done within a few days!
On the day of the attic cleanup, Edwardo and his team called us about 30 minutes before their arrival time. They parked their trailer and van on our driveway and quickly got to work. First, his team protected all of the floors and carpets by placing a black tarp on the ground. Then the team began putting together the vacuum tubes. Edwardo and his team began cleaning up the attic by vacuuming all of the old insulation. I saw that our old insulation filled up 4 bags.
When all of the old insulation was removed, Edwardo and his team began sanitizing the attic. They also covered all the holes for rodent proofing. I really appreciate how Edwardo and his team took a lot of pictures to show me all the holes that were covered.
Finally, it was time to blow in the new insulation into the attic. This process took about 2 hours to complete. When the team was done, they removed all of the black tarp and helped vacuum around the floors.

Loui and his team came to our home today to clear out our attic and install all new insulation. His team worked ALL DAY at our home, from about 10 am til 7 pm. They stated they would never leave until the job was complete. Loui also guaranteed the work, and that gladly he would return in one year to undertake an inspection to make sure the attic was clear of any varmints. Yeah team! They did a really great job. I would highly recommend Attic Perfect. Here’s my experience: I bought my town home this past August 2015, and I knew from the inspection report that there was a little rodent activity in the attic, but I thought — that’s no big deal I can get that handled. The rodent activity was pretty bad. Every morning I woke up to the sounds of scratching and animal footsteps above my head. I called a couple places to check it out, but learned all they would do is set a few traps. The bigger issue was the need to close openings in my attic, get rid of the mess, and get rid of the rodents. I decided to go with Attic Perfect, which I learned about through a coupon in the mail. I wasn’t going to deal with a pest guy coming back and forth to my place which would have been ineffective. I spent more money with Attic Perfect, than a rodent shop, but I got a lot more done. Loui from Attic Perfect advised me I needed to get my insulation replaced, rat feces cleaned, openings closed, and get my overall attic sanitized. He showed me pictures of what it looked like in my attic, and explained everything in a detailed way. At first I was a little worried he was overselling what I needed, but the pictures said it all, and the expertise he had was clear. I made the decision to go forward with Attic Perfect, and there are absolutely no regrets. The advantage of Attic Perfect is knowing that my attic is now «perfect». I have the best insulation on the market now installed, instead of cheap, thin insulation previously installed. I know that my attic is clean and sanitized — I no longer have to wonder if the toxicity and odor of the rodents is leaking into the house. Finally I’ll add that for the past two mornings in a row, I have not heard any animal footsteps or scratching. The whole process was easy. I’ll also add that Loui’s crew is professional and communicative. I like the fact that they showed me pictures of my attic after — it’s completely clean, they showed me the six openings that had been closed, they told me about the seven dead rats removed. They went above and beyond in a few areas with the new insulation, because they wanted to make sure my job was done right. I’m assured that the rodents will not come back and it’s backed up with a guarantee. The ‘cherry on top’ is the savings I will hopefully see with better energy efficiency on heating my house this winter thanks to the new insulation. I finally feel like I can call my place ‘home,’ and not worry. If I was to change anything — it would be to have called Attic Perfect sooner instead of holding off for several months. I have not written a lengthy review on Unilocal before like this, but I thought this experience I had was worth sharing. Thanks to Attic Perfect.

The house I’m renting had a problem with some kind of critters in the attic. The landlord had these guys come out and they did a great job. Loui came out first and explained what would be going on, and the day of the job Danny and Adam did the work. They removed all the old insulation, patched the holes and then filled in the new insulation. They were very professional and Danny showed me pictures of the attic and of the process as they were doing it. Once they were finished they cleaned up, explained everything to me and then left. Loui came by to check on things and make sure everyone did a good job. I would call them again for sure. Great job!

We had Attic Perfect seal and sanitize our attic and remove old insulation. They worked diligently and did a very thorough job, even though the job took longer than they expected and they had to work part of an extra day We were worried that they might leave a mess based on reading a prior review, but we were extremely pleased at the care that they took to be sure that no mess was made. We would hire them again in a heartbeat. Tony gave us a very fair estimate and Jesse and crew (Joshua & Antonio) did an excellent job on day one and Adam and Alex did a great job on day 2. We were very satisfied with their willingness to go beyond the call of duty.

They did a terrible job sealing off the entrance the rats were using to get in the house. They actually forgot to seal it completely after they cleaned the attic, then they did the most shitty job sealing it. They are expensive and left our house a mess, and the way they fixed the vent was the biggest joke ever. Theres still insulation in our driveway and garage and the entrance they sealed off for $ 5300 looks like a 12 year old did it with some tools and material you just gave him.

Loui from Atti Perfect made certain that we had the best experience possible when we found it neccesary to clear out a pest problem in the crawl space under part of our house.
Loui made a very detailed, intelligent presentation and the crew who did the work (Jesse especially) were very professional.

David came out to my house, I explained to him what I wanted, he listened and gave me a good price, so we set up a date… very professional… His team came out on the date and time we agreed upon, and even though it was the hottest day of the year, they spent the entire day working in the 100+ degree attic… the job was completed exactly how i wanted it and afterwards everything was cleaned up like they were never even there…

From my first call the team at Attic Perfect went out of their way to make everything easy for me, from scheduling the initial inspection to the final sign-​off. Chris and his crew showed up on time and spent all day cleaning out the mess, blocking all the holes the rats had discovered/​created, and blowing in the new insulation.
At the end of the day Loui stopped by to be sure I was satisfied with the work. The whole team was professional and courteous and cleaned up after themselves when they were done.
