We offer highly competitive repair costs, quick turn arounds (usually the same day!), and we use professional equipment for our repairs. We really have them, not just pictures. We also do not offer services that we do not perform. If we can not do it, we will tell you! Not to toot our own horn, but. oh well, yes! History

Established in 2011.

Ray started his business making housecalls for computer repairs. Eventually he decided to open a shop and called it Computers and Events. After he purchased a portion of the Arcade Factory, he moved the shop closer to its new sister company and changed the name to The Tech Factory. We’ve been doing happy little repairs ever since.

The Tech Factory is relatively new. However, our experience is not. Our team has been in the business of technology for many years, advancing our skills with the fast paced and growing market. From legacy computers and consoles, to XBOX Ones and Playstation 4s, smartphones, tablets, internet support, website creation, and software development, we have a staff that can assist you!
