Hybrid PTAC Systems

If you want a headache after buying PTACs then this is the brand and place to purchase. I’ve had over a 5% failure rate on their PTACs within the first 60 days and have rooms that are out of order due to quality of their products. When hand delivered to them (yes I delivered them myself to their warehouse), they literally take over 2 months at times to even look at the PTAC let alone fix. They provide excuses and give the typical run around. They have no sense of customer service but will underbid any competitor. I thought I was saving over $ 8K by going with them but now I guess I’ve lost /​spent more than the savings with the headache, loss of time, loss of room revenue, and I’ve since began replacing their defective units with a competitor’s units. Would NEVER buy from them again and would absolutely recommend no one do business with these guys.
