With over 20 years of experience working on heating and air conditioning systems in residential houses and lite commercial applications. We service, maintenence, sale and install new systems. We replace duct work, air balance duct systems, and insulate attics. We can also take care of all clean indoor air needs. We want to be a support to our community families not just the specialists that come in when the problem is so large and expensive that no one is satisfied. The last 10 years we have been helping people just like you lower their utility bills and make their homes more comfortable.

New systems come with many warranties and guarantees that last up to 10 years and some for your lifetime.

History

Established in 2007.

As the owner of Complete Cool Air I started my air conditioning career in the Air Force in 1989. Since then we have gained lots of knowledge to help our customers through continued education and valuable hands on training.

Orlando was awesome. Very knowledgable and respectful. He came within about 3 hours of my call, and it was within 15 minutes of the initial estimate of when he would arrive, so it made planning my day much easier. They gave me about 20 minutes notice of his arrival. Price was reasonable too. He saved me money by not trying to upsell. He has potentially fixed my problem for nothing more than the diagnostic fee (they could have charged me for attempting to fix the problem and I probably would have paid it). And if the problem is not fixed he gave me multiple other things to try. He also gave me some great ideas to fix another non-​HVAC-​related problem. He also made sure to knock on the door and wipe his feet every time he needed to come back inside the house. Overall excellent work. I will use them again.

Complete Cool Air replaced my inside and outside units at just about half the price of another company’s quote. Very nice, friendly, honest, straightforward people. The owner took it upon himself to call and see if my compressor was still under warranty before proceeding with any repairs/​recommendations. My upstairs unit just went out and I will certainly be using them for that repair or replacement as well!

I am so glad that I called «Complete Cool Air,» when I needed my AC repaired. Orlando Gonzales came out when promised. He quickly diagnosed the problem. He had the part on his truck for the repair. He made the repair quickly! Totally professional and with a great attitude! I highly recommend Complete Cool Air and Orlando Gonzales!

I have to just say I have never had a complete set of employees treat me with so much respect and kindness. I am NO wiz at the A/​C and heating category! However, Paul and his crew were so professional and quick! They answered my questions and concerns with their «trade» lingo (so I would know what I was talking about in the future) then explained simply so I could understand. They call ME if I forget to schedule my cleaning/​checks bc I told them I am horrible at remembering those kinds of things! Lol! Lastly, of the 6! Yes, 6!!! Companies I called for estimates Complete air was the best price! For the price to be so great I was blessed to find out they had the BEST customer service too! If your looking for quality… They CANNOT be beat!!!

Do not use this company. The tech will always recommend that your A/​C requires freon and charges you $ 65-​$ 200 to refill it when it doesn’t require. Ask to see the gauge showing that it’s low… then pull your iPad out and do a quick google on your SER unit. I’m sure you’ll see the tech’s reasoning change quickly.
Don’t waste your money and call someone who has good reviews.

After all is said and done… I can’t even in good conscious recommend this company at all. They did not even clean the air conditioner on this tuneup. Did too many short cuts on the 24 point inspection and tune-​up. They pushed their original service day from a weekend day to the weekend for their own convenience. «Yes too many short cuts from this company. «Of course they had no idea I was a consumer advocate and watched them do their thing.
Women beware of this company, they gave me the impression they would take advantage of you. They left dirt and gave a written estimate on a repair job for over $ 400. I did not call them back but, I got the repair done and it was $ 71.93 with taxes.

Another A/​C company replaced a part that didn’t fix anything, then told me my compressor was bad, and I needed to replace it, but that I really should replace the whole A/​C unit. Either way, thousands of dollars. When mentioning to friends that I didn’t know of a good A/​C company that I could trust, I was referred to Complete Cool.
They came out twice to make sure their diagnosis was correct (they knew I already replaced one part that was fine), then replaced a fan motor for a few hundred dollars, and the unit is now running great. Good+honest=my new A/​C company.
