The service is always slow and unorganized. It takes way too long to get a bagel. They have been out of something I’ve wanted to order every time. I keep coming back because I love the chocolate chip bagels, but it’s not worth it anymore.

I was very excited to see a drive-thru coffee shop open up nearby because I hate getting kids out of carseats just to get a cup of coffee. I have probably gone through the DT5 – 10 times now and their system is a mess. It takes way too long to get simple things done. One time we even backed out of the line because it was not moving. Another time a woman leaving the DT stopped her car and warned us not to shop here.

I love the convenience of the drive-thru, but it has been SUPER slow regardless of if I go through the DT or walk in. I’ve tried several times to stop here for my morning coffee before work since it’s much closer to my place than the Lyndale Starbucks, but it’s made me late on every occasion. Hopefully it gets better as the employees get more accustomed to the new location.

2 failed attempts. First visit in the drive thru. The guy on the intercom couldn’t get my order right for a bagel with cream cheese and a latte ordered off the menu with no modifications. I get up to the window and the woman takes over 5 minutes to correct it. She then manages to drop all my change on the ground with no apologies. Also, no napkins in my bag with my bagel. 2nd attempt I had a coupon for a free breakfast sandwich for my birthday. I figured why hang up the drive thru so I go inside. A manager is training a new cashier. The ordering goes well and I tell her I have a coupon for my birthday. When the manager comes around to help her she grabs my phone and says«Oh these are always horrible». COMEON! Your company sent me this thing. No Professionalism and poor customer service. I guess I’ll just go back to driving out of my way to go to Bruegger’s for good service and quite frankly better bagels.

I was going to give it a 3 because of every one I’ve come through the drive-thru, I have had to wait quite a while and I’m always late for work. But the customer service is great! The cashier at the drive-thru is always so bubbly and friendly! And of course, someone telling you that you look beautiful is always a great way to start the morning! Her excellent customer service is definitely worth the wait!(Unfortunately, I don’t know her name :()

What more could you want? Coffee and Bagels! Awesome concept pulling two amazing companies together! It looks so seamless inside and just makes sense. I went on their second day being open, the staff was very friendly and I got my order fast, it tasted really great too! Can’t wait till more of these shops open. I’ll definitely be back!
