Caribou Coffee

One of my favorite caribou coffees. Pleasant and friendly, which all ‘bous are, but attached to a Lund’s which means you can not only do shopping. But bring in a salad or soup from the store to have with your coffee. Yay!

This is a location inside the Lund’s grocery store at the same location. It’s connected and flows pretty openly to the check-​out area in the store, but it closes earlier than the Lund’s itself and is blocked off with some chairs after hours.
As it’s not a standalone Caribou there is limited space and are never more than maybe two baristas on duty. There’s a regular flow of students or work-​at-​home types who will take up residence for hours at a time. Space can sometimes be pretty tight and it can be hard to find enough if you want to bring your computer, books, etc. and set up a little work fort.
Overall not a bad choice for what it is, and the immediate neighborhood has little to offer in the way of coffee shops. This might be your best bet for 5 – 6 blocks in any direction.
