Country Omelet

Went for Sunday lunch and the board specials were Ham, Roast Beef, and Fried Chicken for meats with rice, mashed potatoes, corn, collards, green beans, butter beans, mac-​n-​cheese, fried okra, pickled green tomatoes, (and a few others that no one at our table tried) served with bread and dessert (cobbler and pudding of the day).
I was impressed. Went with my wife and in-​laws not expecting much – and aesthetically, it isn’t much to look at – but the food was really good. With exception of the bread (cornbread or rolls but neither hitting on much), the food was 5 stars. I like my food served piping hot which I why I usually hate buffets. I like that rather than a buffet, they bring to you just what you ask for from the board, but you can try as many different things as you want.
Service was fine – not spectacular but not disappointing by any means.
Value is 5 stars.

Great little spot for some good old fashion country food. The prices are great and the customer service is even better.

Right off the innerstate this place is your best bet of you are REALLY hungry for LOTS of food. They have a board which changes daily with 3 meats and around 10+ sides. It is ALL YOU CAN EAT for $ 8. Depending on the day it is hit or miss, Friday is always fried perch as one of the meats which is pretty good. Overall the quality is decent and you can’t beat price of being able to completely stuff yourself.
Also this place is apparently open 24 hrs, but the «board» is only available for lunch and dinner.
