I’ve been coming here for a quarter of a century. Today I ordered a simple plate of fries and I waited twenty minutes for them. Finally I just paid for my drink tab and left. One shouldn’t have to remind the bartender that they ordered something after they put it in the system. The service declines every year.

I gave a two star rating because it’s very kid friendly other than that the food here stinks. I wouldn’t give it a one star for food. They do have great service. Very friendly waiters. The pub wings used to be good but even those have gone down hill. Over cooked and not a lot of meet.

The food is terrible. I’m better off going to shop n bag and heating up a TV dinner. It’s a shame because the arcade is great to take the kids for a family dinner/night out. There are just no good food joints in Richboro!

If this is where souls go to die, sign me up. Huge tvs, pool table, video arcade, tons of beers on tap, wings of many animals even the rare pig wing. Love me a good pub, this place rocks.

Food is tasteless. The menu is very limited. The staff isn’t very friendly either. It’s close to home so it’s a nice place to meet friends and they have a game room for kids to play in.

My go-to neighborhood pub for an Eagles game or just to grab wings and a beer. Their specials are great during games and my friends and I love to go there on Sundays. Friendly staff and good tap selection.

Always good food and spirits… it is a good place to meet up with friends. Plenty of tvs but the service at the tables are lacking… not a bad stop for something to eat.

Terrible food. First and last time. I don’t know if it was because it was Thursday, or not but the appetizers were over cooked and the fries came out after entrees.

I stopped in for a drink one afternoon because I had arrived in Richboro about an hour early for a friend’s wedding. I grew up in Richboro, but don’t think I’ve been to the Pub since a high school friends meet up over Thanksgiving break circa 2003. The Pub has changed — it has grown and they’ve added an arcade as well as some local craft beers to their offering. We didn’t have any food while we were there, so I can’t comment on that, but the beer tasted like it came off a clean tap and the bartender was pleasant and attentive. It’s definitely a local-yocal bar, but it’s not a bad place to end up and it holds a special little place in my heart. Richboro fo’ life!!!

Nice local family friendly-ish pub. At night some regulars get loud and curse but staff does its best to keep them in control. Owners have stepped up to help kids out — when storms essentially canceled Halloween they had specials and a Halloween night there. Food is typical. Beer selection has improved. Game area for kids.

Any pub favorite on the menu will not disappoint, but don’t deviate. Staff are helpful, if you ask.

Decent pub, a mainstay of the area. Growing up in Richboro, the Pub was one of the staple, go-to restaurants in the area. Now they have expanded a bit and changed their name to Big Heads, but nevertheless, it is basically the same as years ago. FOOD Pretty basic American food menu, but it is all pretty good. I’m a big fan of the cheesesteak here. The meat is chopped, and the bread is very soft, so it’s basically the anti-Steve’s steaks. I’ve had other things too like the wings and soup. It’s all pretty good food for a pub, but nothing over the top amazing. The portion size is also decent, not too small or too big, just the right amount. SERVICE The service here is so-so. Usually you seat yourself when you walk in, and it sometimes take a little bit for the waitress to take the order and such. I will say that one time I spilled some sauce on my pants, and without even asking the waitress brought over club soda to help me wash out the stains. I was pretty impressed and made a good impression in my mind. ATMOSPHERE This place has really changed in the past few years. I see they’ve tried to make the place much for family friendly, making the entire back of the restaurant into a play area with video games, and rooms for birthday parties. PRICE This place isn’t going to bust your wallet, the prices are pretty fair. For a cheesesteak and 6 wings, my bill came out to around $ 15 including tip. The soup here is a tiny bit on the expensive side, but beyond that everything is around the price point it should be. As someone who grew up in Richboro, this was a good place to eat for any situation. It’s nothing special, however the food is always good and the price is fair for what you get. The place may have changed a bit in the past few years to get a different patron in the restaurant, but the food is just as good as always.

It’s nice. Sliders are good. Kid friendly environment. What more can you ask for… it’s a bar.

Went in not expecting much. Apps had the potato skins. These were a little overdone, but tasty. I could have done without the copious amounts of scallions they were topped with. For dinner I had the Pub tender sandwich — hot wing style. The hot sauce was very good, but the tenders themselves were fatty and dry. Bumped it up a star for the service, receptive and polite. Wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here again. Didn’t have the time but they do have special events nightly.

Depressing atmosphere, douchey bartenders, a shitty tap selection. Alright food, but that barely makes it worth trekking into this sad, bleak place. Avoid like the plague. Big Heads pubs are where souls go to die.

Great spot for sports. Great bartender on Monday night. The Pub tenders are delicious. The wings and burgers are pretty good too.

Would love to write a review, but the service was non-existent and ended up walking out after 15 minutes. Previous trip there wasn’t as bad and food was what I expected. Shame as I’m not sure we’ll be dining there again.

Only good thing are the pub wings. Waitresses have no clue what their draft list is, which defeats the purpose of carrying good beers. I asked the girl what the dogfish was once and she told me a craft brewery(right answer in another context i suppose). Last three visits to this place have been some of the most awful service and food service I’ve ever experienced. And when I complained the LAST time I went several customers around me joined in, so I’m not alone here. After waiting 10 minutes to be seated when there were clearly at least 10 tables open(not enough staff or staff doesn’t know what to do). After finally being seated we waited a good 10 minutes to place a drink order. 12 minutes after this or 32 minutes after arriving we finally got a drink. They were dropped off by someone who was not prepared to take our order. so, after 10 minutes of having our drinks(now 40 minutes into this) and almost being finished with them we got to place a food order and another beverage order. 25 minutes later our apps and entrees came out together, half of which was missing something from it(old bay cheese fries with no old bay or cheese?) by the time i tracked down a waitress and got silverware I was so annoyed with this ordeal we decided to just eat our apps, finish our drinks and bag the entrees that are now cold. This process took another HALFHOUR to figure out what our check was. Involved in this was the restaurant manager(?) condescendingly apologizing for not putting old bay on our fries and when I explained to her that we have now been in the building for over an hour and JUST received our food and it was wrong, she walked away and sent the waitress over to deal with us. very professional. All in all, we will NEVER go back to this restaurant, as the food is mediocre, the service is awful and the atmosphere is wanting.

Very friendly staff. This is a great local bar. The regulars are a great crowd and very welcoming to newcomers. They have a nice variety of taps at the bar. The food is very good, and they serve ample portions. We particularly like the pizza and sandwiches. This is a great spot to stop in for a quick drink or grab a bite to eat. They are child friendly with plenty of on-site parking. Smoking is not permitted inside.

Since this is a family fave i am being generous due to nostalgia as well as a few very good dishes. I like Chicken Alfredo, Rueben is excellent and the rachael is a turkey version of the latter. Burgers are.Steaks are winners. Another family fave is chicken Nachos. Now this place gets rowdy after 8:00ish and turns into a beer party joint so be warned it is loud.
