Customer service is nice. If you spend $ 20 before 7 or 8, your pool is free. Not too many people here. Just a bunch of older pool sharks having a few drinks and taking amazing shots. Tvs everywhere on the wall. Playing movies and sports. Customers can select music. Good chill environment.

Was a pretty laid back place. Awesome for just playing pool. But is lacking in any new updates. Not a bad place if you want to sit in an outdated place and shoot the shit with friends.

Real laid back place and down-to-earth staff and patrons. Service was good despite our coming before a shift change. Came on a Sunday right before 5p so the night staff was still just showing up. I want to say it was the owner that came up and checked our IDs. She had a heavy smoker’s voice and a cigarette in her hand(lol!). Extremely nice. She explained the specials and gave us newbies a tour of the place. We decided on darts in the«man cave» room for the privacy. We ordered drinks and the chips and queso. Queso was yummy but could’ve used more chips as we ran out of chips before dip. The Sunday special is spend $ 10 minimum per person to get an 8ft pool table free for the evening just in case that’s a change from the past. Docked a star due to the smoke(it does hit you when you enter), however, because the place is so large, the ventilation is a lot better than smaller billiards bars. Love the way the place is laid out. Music is provided via juke box so it’s mainly country and rock(leans more toward the latter thankfully). Will most likely be back to this very chill spot.

I like this bar. It gives off a dive but the customer service is typically good. They run specials everyday, and the food is pretty decent.

This place is HUGE. Lots of tables to play billiards in, ping pong and darts. They had Karaōke last night which was Epic. Door guy is super cool and the bar staff is always around talking to customers and slinging drinks around.

Fun place to hang out with a few friends or take a date. They have pool tables, dart boards, and a ping pong table. Very laid back environment. Music selection was great. Definitely going back.

Came here with my big bro and friends to play some pool and darts. The Billiard Den has many pool tables so you won’t ever have to wait for a table. Felt was nice and clean. They have specials through out the week which seemed reasonable. Shoutout to Johnson L. for losing to me in pool and darts lol

I come here every Saturday night. Karaōke, great prices, and great friends. Beer is cold and cheap, with $ 2 domestic pints, the waitstaff is friendly and very attentive.

Tables seriously need to be refelted. There are nicks all over them and a sheen on them from hands being on them. I wouldnt even think about ording from a waitress as they were not attentive and slow. Pours were small and several people i was with said they couldnt even taste liquor in their drinks. They do have good drink specials during the week but for the size of the shots i dont really consider it that special. I really used to like it but something has changed. This place could be great with a little extra effort.

Good pool, good karaōke, good drinks, good service. So, you may ask, why only 1 star? SMOKE. Unfortunately, there is so much that I can’t even go here. Otherwise they would have a crap ton of money because I would go all the time. It is so bad I LITERALLY feel sick when I walk in… which I don’t anymore. It makes me sad, cuz the hubby loves the place too. :-(

PINGPONG! Is it just me, or is there a total imbalance of men to women here? The place is huge, kind of feels like a gym for drinking and pool. Cheap Pabst on tap.

Huge dive bar with everything you would expect + ping pong. I go karaōke on Tuesday nights and sing there. I’m not sure if the huge space makes the sound not carry or the system is just set up that way but sometimes I wish they would tweak the system a little; it sounds too low I think. Anyways, 2 dollar domestic drafts and I think some shot specials which I wouldn’t recommend unless you don’t mind well alcohol. OH! BRANDY(bartender) ISAWESOME!

The Billiard Den was surprisingly larger than I anticipated when walking in the front door. Be sure to have your ID out and ready to be checked by the person at the front door. We got there pretty early so it was quite empty and we had our pick of tables near the dart boards. It’s been ages since I’ve played steel tip darts so that was a nice change of pace, not to mention there were score boards and free darts to use in exchange for them holding your ID. The drinks were extremely cheap which was also a positive. If you are sensitive to cigarette smoke, this may not be a good option, but there is so many options of things to do here from playing pool on several different sized tables, darts, video games, and even karaōke that everyone can be pleased. I hope to come back here one day again.

Meh. Too many older people in this bar for my taste. Did enjoy karoke tho! Drinks were reasonably priced and made well! Kind of a boring place if you’re trying to meet people.

I like karaōke night … I sung I got a little cancer(I don’t smoke) but it’s alright it was just for a few hours. Really the drinks were about what you’d expect. Very crowded but I enjoyed that /they were amazingly fun. If it was dead the experience would of not been worth it. All and all I’m happy /I got to scratch out sing in front of strangers at a bar on my bucket list. I recommends if you can handle the smoke try it …

It’s your typical dive pool hall. That’s not what I have an issue with. They still allow smoking there… well Its in Richardson. We never had a server stop by. And when it was 1;30 drinks were stopped being served. –not the answer folks want to hear when youre celebrating a birthday.

Cool inexpensive place. I was going to leave a good review for the place but the waitress working on this Sunday night at the pool tables, forged and overwrote on the credit card slip and doubled the tip I paid her. Not cool!

Ssshhhh, don’t tell my boyfriend and his boys that I’m giving this sh*thole(written with love, btw) 4 stars. Ok, so. I am here EVERY Sunday so if any one of my Unilocal stalkers want to hit me up, y’all know where to find me. Anyway, when I say I am here every Sunday I’m not kidding(but I wish I was). It would be an abomination if my boyfriend and his friends did not appear here(with me screaming and being dragged inside by my hair) on any given Sunday. It’s not like the atmosphere is amazing or anything; it is more like the price. Yo dawg, I can get crunk here for SIX freakin’ DOLLARS(because they require a 2 drink minimum, sometimes, and their drinks aren’t the kind you find under the sink either; and oh, did I mention that they’re only $ 3 each?)!!! Tons of pool tables to go around for pool sharks, ping pong for the Asians, foos ball for the frat boys, darts for people with anger issues, and a bar to drown sorrows away. As if that weren’t enough, right? Well, they also have free pool on Sundays and you can play to your heart’s content! They also have a tv room where I sometimes hide and watch Lifetime in when my butt gets kicked enough times by my overly competitive boyfriend. And, yoohoo, guys who are trying to look for some gals here? Don’t bother. Unless you like the kinds with Dunlap Disease(y’know, where their stomachs dun’lap over their belts) then you’re in Heaven! The waitresses are all very nice and social. Never had a problem with any one of them. In fact, they are probably the only women in this place who single men may want to hit on. Just sayin’. The redneck bouncer Shayna briefly wrote about in her review no longer works there(I don’t think). I have never seen him; just the black guy and from what I’ve gathered, he really likes talking about football. He had me cornered one Sunday discussing Madden and the Super Bowl. Ugh. Beware of the jukebox! I have encountered jukebox bullies here(I just wanted to play a little tiny bit of the Beebz, man). And also depressing ass country songs are on repeat almost every Sunday. But if you can stand all that, and the cloud of smoke that sometimes looks like a thick fog, you will LOVE the Billiard Den.
