We’re open seven days a week, and fully capable of managing chronic condition such high blood pressure, diabetes, thyroid problems, high cholesterol. For your convenience, we also have extended hours and weekends to take care of your minor emergencies such as fever, flu, urinary tract infections, upset stomach, allergies, work and sports related injuries.

New patients are encouraged to contact us for access to our Patient Portal to pre-​register prior to a desired appointment. This convenient and secure portal provides ongoing access to all your medical records, making you a true partner in your overall health.

History

Established in 2014.

Dr. Sam Abraham has been practicing medicine for more than 15 years and is board certified in Internal Medicine. His medical philosophy is to treat the whole patient through both diagnosis and education, helping to provide patients with the tools and treatment they need to prevent disease and reverse negative health impacts.

Dr. Abraham is a firm believer in cost-​effective healthcare, and his clinic has been designed to provide convenient access to medical care for prompt attention, diagnosis and treatment without unnecessary tests or delays.

Dr. Abraham is not only a compassionate professional with experience working with patients of all ages, but he’s also a respected medical leader and has been an Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of North Texas Health Science Center, where he has trained hundreds of medical students to provide the best in medical care.
