Cheaper than other places based on our research, and if you got a piece that you do not feel comfortable leaving them at the store over night, this is the place to go. The quality of the work is good too. Very good service and friendly people.

Great great great place and lovely personable people! I came in on customer reviews and was extremely pleased! My husbands ring broke and they fixed it while I waited and the ring looks amazing! I also brought 2 watches in to have sized and while I waited, I looked at their jewelry and they have some beautiful pieces. I will be a returning customer for a very long time!

This place is great! Fabulous customer service and great prices! I went in for a repair on my engagement ring that was missing a few small diamonds and not only was the quoted cost much more than I expected, but they said they can get it back to me next day. I had recently been engaged and needed my ring resized but my new fiancé had gotten the ring from a store in another state. They said it would be 1−½ weeks to resize if we sent it in. I called all over Dallas to check other times and prices because I was so impatient to wear my new ring:) The other stores were too pricey or took quite a while. Then I called these guys! I went in early in the afternoon and told them how I had been very patient but i was gnawing at the bit to be able to wear my ring! They had it resized in a matter of a few hours and even worked with my work schedule! I know they took my «case» into consideration which was sooo sweet! Everyone was very helpful and kind and the jeweler did a fantastic job. I am going to return there for all of my cleanings and definitely send as much business as I can their way. Thanks guys!

I have had a great experience working with this business more than once now. My most recent experience involved resizing a ring that was a gift (passed down in the family). Another local jeweler quoted $ 120 to resize on short notice, but Richardson Gold and Silver completed the job within 2 days for only $ 45. A small diamond chip on the side fell out soon thereafter, but they took the ring back and repaired it at no additional charge since they had just worked on it. When you walk in, the employees are all warm, friendly and you feel right at home. I highly recommend these guys!

so they’re one of the oldest store in Richardson that I know… so we know they do good business or else they wouldn’t be able to stay open this long to open a 2^nd location in Frisco… knowing that we sort of guess the pricing will be a bit higher b/​c they’re not your chain stores which sells on large quality to bring down prices… and we were dressed down and we look very young… we look early 20s we’re in our late 20s we figure they might not even try to negotiate with us at all.
AGAIN this wasn’t the case at all the sales person Kai /​Erika came to us right away after we were greeted by another gentleman I think his name was Mark who’s the manager… we told them we are shopping for a diamond engagement ring… he then began to go over the ring styles and special collection sets they have to offer also showed us a few catalogs they had if we want to order from it… then Kai and Erika provided us with sample rings and helped us with measurement and different diamonds… knowing we were only looking… they even brought out different grades/​clarity of diamonds to let us see the differences for ourslelves (which was super nice, it was kind of like a education on diamonds)
after a few weeks of shopping at different stores we decided to return to the store with a specific design in mind… they cut us a super deal! we got a better deal on the ring and total diamond grade/​quality/​clarity/​cut then most of the stores we checked… sam’s and costco probably were the closest on pricing but were limited on size and styles.
we were super excited and satified with our purchase and our shopping experience here… and would like to thank Kai and his co-​workers for their help! in our endeaver to find the perfect ring for my future wife to be
all of staffs were very professional and helpful and know what they are talking about and there were no pressure selling nor any type of up-​selling or down-​selling us (which was awesome!)
they do have a in store jeweler so they does exceptional work on resizing (we saw samples) and the final price is include all fixing, and cleaning for life time which was another great thing! some places charge you for that =/​*cough Jared cough*
