The owner lady(annoying voice) is so RUDE. I bought a suit from her for $ 300 for a friends wedding and she asked me to bring it back to her for an alteration when I was ready to wear the suit. So I took it back after 3 weeks for an alteration and she asked me to pick it up in a couple of days. When i went to pick up, it was not altered to my measurements that she took and a lot of stones fell off from the suit right in front of her. She said I’ll put them for you«don’t worry» so I left it there for her to get it fixed. When I went back after 2 days to pick it up, I did not try it on assuming it would be fine since it’s the second time. I went home and tried on my suit on and she actually made it worse. Zigzag stitches everywhere from the waste line and it was not even my size anymore and more stones were missing so I took it back to her. I told her it’s not a joke for me to drive back and forth every 2 days to get one simple thing done she started arguing about how it’s done right so I just stood there and told her to look then speak she finally agreed saying yea it’s not done right I’ll get it done AGAIN!!! After a day I went back to pick up my precious suit lols Yet AGAIN she did not get it done the way I wanted her to get done. She hung up on me and was so rude. Please DONOTBUYANYTHINGFROMHER! She is horrible and so rude with her customers and it’s a complete rip off. She does not let you speak, she literally eats your face off! She does not know the value of her customers. I wish I would have read the Unilocal comments before I gave her any business. P.S I bought a pair of earrings from her too all the stones were gone so I asked her if she had a new pair of the same earrings she goes no that’s all She had so I decided not to buy it but the minute I said no to earrings she goes I do have them let me get’em from the back… Smh Don’t waste your money and time give your business to someone who DESERVES it.

The lady, I assume she’s the owner, is very rude. Wonder how she expect to have profits with her business if she talks like that to customers! Another elderly lady was helpful and polite though but ‘the rude lady’ had problem with that too. Really hope she reads the review here.

Please go somewhere if you’re looking for better quality and better customer service. My brother went in to get a men’s Sheerwani for a wedding he had to attend the same evening and his outfit pretty much fell apart by the end of the night! Before buying the outfit, he noticed a small piece of thread coming out and reported that to the owner but the owner cut it off and said it was normal for that material to have a little thread coming out and said it was ok for him to buy it. Now at the wedding, everytime my brother would move his arms, dance or hug anybody, the threads were just falling out! He even called the owner and told him and they said to leave the wedding and come back to the store with it… are you serious??? what kind of retail owner says that? we told them we wouldn’t come in till the next day and needed a refund. The next day we went in and the lady owner(who is not welcoming at all and looks like shes ready to fight 24⁄7) said no apologies or anything like that! what kind of customer service is that? To top it off, she started getting really loud and said we tore it apart and we shouldn’t have brought it(even though they pushed us to), or should have come back right then… just saying ridiculous things to make it seem like it was our fault. Yes lady, he wanted to pay $ 200 for an outfit and tear it apart thread by thread the same day, because what else do you do at a wedding? Now, all this is happening while there are other customers in the store so you can just imagine that she doesn’t even care a bit about any of her customers. We did end up getting a store credit after going back and forth for an hour BUT just stay away and shop for your Indian clothes somewhere else please!

I went wedding shopping here with my(now wife) and family. The owners were busy with other customers when we arrived. They did not acknowledge us until the other customers left. I told them I was looking for Sherwanis for a wedding. They pointed me to the back where I found several suits. I picked out a few that matched my measurements, but they all fit weird. Some sleeves were too long, some chest areas were too tight. I thought it was strange that all of them said 40R, but they all fit differently. The last suit, I noticed the buttons were loose before I put them on. I made a comment to my wife. I tried it on and it was too tight. When I told the owner’s about the buttons being loose, they accused me of stretching out the suit. I grabbed my wife and family and I left. It wasn’t only the accusation, but the tone of the lady was very condescending. Half those suits weren’t even the right sizes, but they had mislabeled them. Not to mention, the whole place smelled like sewage. They really do a great job at making the shopping experience feel like you’re in the motherland as close as possible. I ended up going to a shop in Houston and paying $ 500 for a pretty awesome suit.
