Our specially trained math instructors will teach your child how to understand math in an individual setting — our unique approach enables us to effectively explain math concepts well and lend a helping hand to every student. Our tutors foster a caring, encouraging environment that helps kids thrive and learn! «We pinpoint your child’s learning needs, meet them where they are, and take them where they need to go.» Mathnasium instructors use our unique assessment process to determine (with great accuracy) exactly what each child knows and what they need to learn. Next, we design a customized learning plan for teaching the concepts the student needs to master. It doesn’t stop there — our encouraging instructors continually check progress along the way to make sure kids truly understand and retain the concepts we’ve taught. The results are transformative — kids will see measurable changes in attitude, confidence, and school progress. «We will help your child overcome homework frustration.» Our instructors will also set aside time to provide homework help. Established in 2014.

Mathnasium of Richardson has been providing math tutoring and homework help for students since opening in July of 2014. Their math instructors are specially trained to help students from grades Pre-​K to 12 better grasp math concepts and become more confident in learning them.

Business Owner

After 25 years in the global telecommunications industry, Jim realized that his current career path wasn’t going to allow him to achieve the personal and professional goals he had set out for himself. He knew a change had to be made and began searching for other business prospects. «I started investigating opportunities to invest in a local business that would allow me to achieve my goals and do something I really enjoyed, all while giving back to my local community,» Jim said. When Mathnasium entered the picture, he knew he had found his answer. Mathnasium is a math-​only learning center that allows pre-​K to 12^th-​grade students to catch up, keep up and excel in mathematics. Mathnasium offers personalized instruction and customized learning plans that enable each child to learn math in a way that makes sense to him/​her. A parent himself with three children, Jim understands the importance of education for the younger generation.
