Zero stars was not an option so they got a mercy star from me. DO NOT RENT HERE! Staff and management are ghetto and unprofessional! They will make excuses as to why thing happen and if they want the issue to go away they will just call you a liar. Forget maintenance fixing anything. Expect the pools to be gross and un-​usable. Expect to walk in dog crap. Expect trash everywhere and to smell the piles of garbage at the garbage bins. Loud. VERY LOUD. Expect to hear everything your neighbor (above, left, right, below, etc) does. Gates never close. When they do your gate opener doesn’t work. Expect lots unwanted visitors looking for whatever deadbeat that use to live at your apartment. Expect to be very uncomfortable and regret the day you signed the lease.

I agree with all the negative post for this complex. All are 100% accurate. That means less words for me to type. In the end, don’t do business with JRK properties as well. They do not have concern for the tenants. Period. Doing business with them is risking your credit and rental history.

This has been the worst moving experience. If you are thinking about renting here… do NOT do it. From the trash pick-​up to the lack of follow through from the office… its been one headache after another. Moved in 10 days ago and nothing has been taken care of (AC, broken drawers, locks on storage door, no screens, etc.). There was no move-​in inspection, had to empty the bug invested trash that was left in storage closet ourselves… fridge was full of gnats, etc. Don’t let the front office fool you in to renting here!

If I could give them no stars I would. DO NOT RENT HERE.
The pools are closed every other day with no announcements to the tenants. The leasing office staff has nothing but excuses instead of apologies and making it right.
The equipment in the gym is constantly broken. If they do fix it it takes months! I moved in 5 months ago and one of the treadmills has been broken the entire time. Now both of them are with several pieces of equipment as well.
Good luck if you have a maintenance issue. They may come a week later.
The office lost my package and claimed to not be responsible for it and could not provide me any documentation they received it even though my tracking number says delivered.
Terrible, terrible customer service!
Please spread the word.
By the way, I’m not a complainer nor am I a high maintenance tenant. I expect to get what I pay for and not be misled at time of lease signing.

Apartments… Ehh. Staff… Yuck. Just recently visited this property and will not be leasing. The apartments looked okay on the inside. Rent prices were comparable to other properties nearby. The main reason I have chosen not to lease with this property is because of the rude staff or least the leasing associate I dealt with. I believe his name was Josh. He looked gross (big head, multiple tattoos, i.e. «Rebel» and «1941») and had a nasty attitude to match. Perhaps his flaming pants or bow tie were too tight or maybe he was just intimidated to be outdone by someone he perceived to be beneath him. So sad this type of behavior continues well into the 21^st Century.

Before you think about living here, SEE AMLI @ BRECKINRIDGE POINT, this is the same property, with all of the same problems.
This Place Is A Joke.
I don’t even know where to start.
How about rent? When I started, 2 years ago, I paid $ 840 for a ²⁄₂. The next year it went to $ 1040, and now, month to month I am paying $ 1225. Mind you, Im on the 3^rd floor and my electric bills are between $ 200-​$ 300 ($ 425 in August!!!) even though my thermostat stays at 78!
Or how about the fact that this is no longer and Amli property and it was sold and taken over without any knowledge by residents until after it was all said and done.
I gave notice to Amli, 60 days before my lease was up and let them know that we were purchasing a home, so we would be going month to month. They told me what my month to month rate would be and that was that. Got a call while on vacation from the manager and she was wanting to know what we were doing about our lease. I informed her I had given CARLA the letter and that they should really think about hiring new staff. She told me she would note my lease and there was nothing else i needed to do. Little did I know, they had already been sold, and everyone was losing their jobs with the exception of the maintenance crew. YAY! new staff! Guess they figured since they were losing their jobs, they didn’t have to do them anymore. The Amli crew was rude and incompetent!!! Chelsea was a sweetheart and always did a great job but everyone else really needed an attitude adjustment.
I get a letter on my door form the new company stating that they had no notice and were wanting to talk to me about signing a new lease. Obviously, CARLA, the one in the office I had so many other problems with, didn’t do her job and put my notice letter in my file, and obviously the leasing manager failed to do her job, when she was following up with me, about Carla not doing her job. WOW. So now the new company has given me their lease rate for month to month which isn’t even close to what Amli had told me. great.
Trash– There are only 2 days its picked up and you have an hour window to get it out there or you have to take it to the 1 dumpster on property which is a compactor, always full and over flowing, and all the way across the property. ugh. Why pay for TRASH VALET?
I could go on and on, but Im just going to advise you to keep looking!
