I don’t feel safe here. Too many break ins since I moved here this summer even they hired security. They don’t care our safety. I even didn’t get any information til someone break ins my neighbor’s apartment this Wednesday. I never lived apartment like this, they don’t notice this issues. If I could, I would give 0 star.

This is not a safe place to live with multiple break-​ins (9 times in 45 days). Even after multiple requests to close the already existing doors or putting up a security system nothing has happened yet. What are they waiting on all apts to be broken into? It is not worth to move into a place where u have to worry about yr safety every min even if it saves you a months rent. Its a trap! U do not wanna save a few bucks and lose all of your peace of mind!!!

I absolutly hate living here. The Apartments are supposed to be luxury but i have yet to find any luxuries. There have been 9 or 10 break-​ins since I moved in. The pool is nice but always cold. the dog park is so small and has metal dog training obstacles that dogs run into and get hurt, one actually split their head open. The apartments were cheaply made. Single deadbolt doors with particle board frames makes them super easy to pry open. The apartment complex has done nothing about the break-​ins. I haven’t had a peep hole on my door since i moved in 5 months ago. There payment options are a joke. The rent is very high for the little they offer. i have found 3 apartments that are nicer. Heated pool/​hot tub, hasn’t had one break in in 6 months and cost 300.00 less than i’m paying now. I have hired a lawyer to get me out of my lease before I get robbed or worse my dogs get killed. Please don’t rent here its not a good place to live. Corporate /​management please don’t comment on this. We are all tired of your bullshit and lies! i also love that the website has 5 stars when every apartment review site shows 1 – 3

I really like my apartment, but yesterday the complex experienced another burglary. This, by my count, makes 11 since May. There has been minimal action taken by the management company to increase security even though residents are being targeted repeatedly by criminals. I do not feel safe here.

No, I don’t work for the company. Yes, all the break-​ins frighten me. I’ve installed an alarm system with ADT like MANY other tenants have. Not sure what else to do until the lease is up. Management said they will reimburse us if we want to purchase an additional deadbolt lock on our door and will install it for us. I liked it here but having peace of mind is golden. No apartment complex can guarantee safety no matter where you lease though. All you can do is pray. If you don’t pray, hope for the best.

I was very excited before I moved in but now I have a mixed opinion about the place. Apartments are good. Got good move in specials. Very Friendly Staff (especially kristyn and Debby) .
Management needs to improve.
1) I had signed my lease a month before move in date but one day before move in they couldn’t find my lease documents so I had to go through the process of signing the lease again. Complete waste of time .
Not sure why I paid application /​processing fee when they couldn’t keep track of my files.
2) I had to help the staff with the Maths couple of times since my prorated rent per the system was not correct and they wouldn’t agree to what I was saying. Finally I had to show them the math in the calculator.
3)This is my 4th day after move in and I do not have my mailbox keys yet. Initially I was told I would receive it on 3rd day and then it got delayed to today. I was told to pick it up from the office but when I went to their office the lady was out of office and other staff didn’t knew where the keys were. Poor management again !
I expect gateway crossing management to take these comments positively and come up with a solution so that other future residents do not face the same issue.

I sent the email on July 27 and no response until I sent the second email on August 5th.
I asked if the manage can show me the test result from some kind of Formaldehyde Testing Laboratory but no response
The odor from the cabinet makes me throat irritation, headaches and dizziness. I feel good any where except in the apartment.
