Gullah Geechee Mini-Bus Tour in Savannah

My mother, boyfriend and I were interested in reserving a spot on the Gullah Geechee Mini-​Bus Tour in Savannah, GA. We booked the tour through the online system. My boyfriend called the gentlemen to make sure he received our reservation. When we arrived at the tour bus station, we called him to see if he was nearby because the area was very busy and we didn’t want to miss him. We waited for our tour guide for 30 minutes. When my boyfriend went to try and find him in the parking lot, I could tell that he was very rude to my boyfriend because his face was red when he returned. He usually turns red when someone has embarrassed him or has been rude to him. Because of who he is, he tried to ignore the gentlemen and just move on. When we walked up to the bus, he never greeted us. He just opened the door to the truck and placed a step-​stool beside the van. As we were climbing into the truck he started to become confrontational with my boyfriend for no reason. The comments that were made were extremely inappropriate. At that time, I was ready to leave. I felt unsafe and the truck was horribly dirty. Before we left the area, we went into the tour center to let them know what had happen. The employees stated that this is not the first time that they had heard of something like this. Apparently this person has a reputation with not refunding his customers when they have not taken the tour because incidents like the one I am describing above. This person needs to be stopped. It is absolutely disgusting the way he does business and I will not tolerate it. No one gets to treat people that way and get away with it. We have contacted Savannah Tours and no one has bothered to call us back, which is very disturbing.
