For example we have relationships with reliable proven licensed and insured contractors and wholesalers that will help our clients with repairs and modifications to their home and yards to prepare for market or move-​in whichever the case may be. In addition we will also verify and validate all systems and structures as represented withe by visiting the appropriate land records office and by using qualified inspectors. Our goal is the least amount of stress and the greatest satisfaction for our buyers and sellers. After all, isn’t that why you hire a professional Realtor, to navigate the unknowns, and not T tell you to check with the HoA or County Clerk.

History

Established in 2006.

Having purchased several homes, I recognized the need for a service oriented Realtor that would help Buers and Sellers navigate the perilous waters of the real estate transactions. My first and foremost goal is to educate, explain the process from both sides so my clients know what to expect and anticipate their response. This takes away the mystery and leads to a less stressful conclusion. I try to help you answer the questions that you don’t know to ask.

As owner and a Career Sales Person I maintain my skills and education, taking many more courses than the State requires to maintain my license. This year alone, beyond the required courses, I have achieved certification as a Master Certified Negotiation Expert, MCNE, Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist, CPRES, Certified Electronic Professional, e-​Pro.
