Storytelling through photography is my passion. Whether capturing an intimate portrait, shooting a marketing campaign, or documenting a corporate event, there is always a story to be told. Growing up in a small town and working for newspapers influenced the way I approach photography. I learned to find the unique details in everyday stories and bring out the emotion and personality in my subjects.

Business Owner

I started my first job as a photographer at my small hometown newspaper in Brookhaven, Mississippi and worked my way up to some of the biggest newspapers in the country, including The St. Petersburg Times and USA Today.

When I left the newspaper industry, I served as as a photo editor and photographer in the The White House Photo Office for the Executive Office of the President. I also enjoyed the distinct honor of serving as photo editor for several best-​selling National Geographic books.
