We moved into the area a year ago. We’ve been looking for good reliable handymen. These guys came to the rescue. Had 10 items (painting, fixing, patching etc.) that needs to be done. They charged us an hourly rate and got it all done. They offered to come back on their dime/​time to complete the few items that they could not complete in the time discussed. Lynn, Dave — Nice job. Keep it up.

I hired Dynamic Dave and his partner, Lynn, to install wood shelves in my pantry. These guys are the best! They saved me money by re-​purposing some scrap wood, kept in contact about their arrival times, and did a wonderful install of the shelves in an extremely efficient manner!
Both Dave and Lynn were super professional, super friendly, and just terrific to work with. I will be hiring this team again for my future projects!

I called on the spur of the moment because I realized I was not able to put my fathers tv stand together. I was greeted with a friendly voice on the other end of the line. Dave was professional, friendly and efficient. He quoted me a very fair price for the work and I scheduled the appointment for the following morning.
I text Dave the info for the TV stand and his (employee or partner?) emailed me back with a friendly introduction and information on the duration and cost of the job.

Nice guy and he arrived at the appointed time, just too slooow working for me. He took *1 hour* to move two curtain rods that were already on the wall up a couple of inches. Per my direction, he used the existing holes so he only had to drill two holes for one rod and three holes for the other rod. Didn’t even require measuring. We didn’t even take an hour putting up both rods the first time. It was my tryout test to find a handyman and unfortunately I am still searching. I won’t be calling again.

Can’t say enough good about Dynamic Dave. A real Mensch! Perfectionist; great communication. I was operating a tight time frame; had a lot of work to be done. Dave got it done and more — great experience all around. Would not hesitate to use again. Great human being! The real deal!

Yay Dave! We are currently living in Arizona while trying to sell our house in Virginia, and going through the home inspection and having to deal with contractors for repairs cross country seemed overwhelming.
We needed a bunch of random electrical and home repairs done quickly and Dave arrived less than 24 hours after we spoke on the phone. He walked me through the list of repairs with photos and text messages. It was as if I was there with him. He charged competitive prices, was speedy, and took a huge load off my shoulders.

So thankful for finding David. He helped me with 2 plumbing issues. One in my Arlington home to replace the fill valve on my toilet. The other larger job in my Reston condo rental. Both my back to back showers had leaking faucets. Other plumbers said they had to replace my pipes and fixtures because they were to old to find replacement parts which meant tearing apart my vinyl shower wall and cutting into the wall to get to the piping and it would cost thousands of dollars. I talked with David on the phone and through email about my problem. He was confident that he could find and install replacement parts without having to remove the shower wall. He was able to easly find the replacement parts and even saved me money by using the best old parts and replacing washers and only buying one new kit of stems and faucet handles. The install was not without challenges but he talked me through all the options and it all worked out great. I will be calling him again and testing out his skills in other areas as well. He communicated very well through out the whole process.

I found Dave via Google and needed a quick turnaround to paint my studio condo. He responded quickly with a very reasonable estimate. He stated his price and how long it would take to get the job done, and he stuck by his word. He completed the job on time with high quality of work and diligence. He went out of his way to fix a few other items along the way that he discovered. He is courteous, professional, very reasonable rates, reliable and honest. Very rare these days. Don’t even hesitate to consider him.
