I have a 3 story townhouse and just finished remodeling the top floor including new carpeting. It was time to clean the carpet on the stairways and 2nd floor which is about 5 – 6 years old. I didn’t want any soap or chemicals, just clean & fluffy again like the new carpeting upstairs. Rashad was my service technician. He called ahead of our appointment time and arrived right on time. He was very polite and answered all my questions. He was in and out in less than 2 hours and my carpeting looks LIKE NEW. There was one really grungy area where I sit and eat dinner and watch TV (hey, I’m a guy). I was worried that it might not come clean, but it came out beautifully. The charge was exactly as quoted. As he was leaving, I asked him to look at my garage floor. I have a RaceDeck colored plastic tiled floor and it gets very dirty with the cars in and out as well as grease, oil, etc. I always have to work on my hands & knees to get it clean and it’s NOT FUN. Rashad was happy to do a test area to show me if their machine could clean it. The test area came out (wait for it) LIKE NEW, so I will definitely be having him back to do the garage. This has been a VERY pleasant experience and I can definitely recommend Rashad and Zerorez for all your floor cleaning needs.

They do a great job cleaning carpets but scheduling an appointment is so difficult that I wonder if it is worth it. I waited on the phone for 10 minutes, then was transferred to someone else, waited another 5 minutes on hold and then gave my information so that someone could get back to me to schedule an appointment! For that, I could’ve just entered my info on-​line for a call back and saved myself 15 minutes. Plus, I chose to call the number and sit on hold (rather than the call-​back option) because I am often busy and can’t be interrupted. Very frustrating. I think they need a better business model.

Too expensive for nothing!!! I have my own machine but heard great reviews and wanted a deep clean. The carpet looked even worse after. They came back to go over it again but my machine from Bed Bath and Beyond does a better job! I was told they would email me the final invoice for my landlord and nothing! Called the next day and was promised again and still nothing. The company has big promised and falls short!

Dana, the Zerorez expert did an amazing job! Our carpets came out cleaner than I expected. After using many other well known cleaning companies, I can confidently say, this is the only way to go if you want a really clean carpet. Our old carpet almost looks new!

I had Zerorez come in and clean my carpets just before a big party I was throwing last month. I had heard a couple reviews from my friends so I decided to give them a shot. I expected my carpets to be clean but WOW it was like I had new carpet! With two kids 2 cats and 1 dog I know it was a lot of work to get my carpet so clean and its done with no toxic chemicals! I will absolutely use these guys again!!!

Great Great Great experience from start to finish! Excellent customer service from the rep who explained everything, to the tech Jose that came out and did the cleaning! They were so professional but super nice too! My carpet was pretty bad and it looks a zillion times better. Not to mention the subtle clean citrus scent when its finished. Awesome! They were a bit more pricey, but you get what you pay for. Well worth it! Definitely will be a continued customer!

Have a cat pet odor problem. Called Zerorez, heard all these great promises, paid $ 325.00, after quoted a lower price. It’s dry and there is still an odor. Now, they won’t come back out. This company lacks work ethics. Dennis S. talks a great game. Owners will «get back to me.» Don’t trust this company.

They don’t use chemicals! I know a reviewer wrote that they had dumped a chemically smelling bucket but that was fully explained to me ahead of time by my guy and it’s not chemicals, it’s the alkaline water getting mixed and it’s the acid water and it’s completely chemical free! I have used them twice now and was very very pleased with Jose, my guy today and the communication level, friendliness, and knowledge about the product and professionalism. This was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had with carpet cleaning and they cleaned my couch too! I will definitely refer them to everyone I know!

Had the company come in and clean a teenager’s bedroom carpet — stains which had been sitting a couple of years at least. There was dirt, grime and unspeakable filth on the floor. Next thing I knew the stains were mostly gone and considering how old the stains were, it was remarkable. Then they came into my bedroom and got everything out but old cigarette burns but left my carpet very clean. I was very happy with the results. Their prices are fair, and Eduardo is a sweet heart and will tell you the truth about what they can and cannot do. I will use them again.

The technician, Marcel, did a great job. He was incredibly professional and attentive to his work. The company is a bit pricey, but I would still use them again and recommend them. They cleaned our couch and oversized chair and ottoman that desparately needed it, and it looks nearly brand new.

I used Zerorez in my high rise condo. They had to use the portable model of their machine and they said it doesn’t clean as well as the truck-​mounted model. For the most part, the carpets were very clean and the best part was the lack of residue that appears with lesser services. There were some difficult spots that did not come out in the first shot but they have excellent customer service and came out a second time and got the carpet as clean as possible. They even gave us a free bottle of their spot cleaner which is the best I’ve ever used and my girl friend swears by it. Great on pet stains.

With 5 children, our 22-​year-​old carpet has had a lot of wear and too many stains to count. About 10 years ago, a standard carpet cleaning service barely made a difference. I was also disgusted with all the additional charges added on for pre-​treating. So, we just gave up trying to keep the carpet clean except for vacuuming.
Last year with our first grand-​child crawling, we HAD to clean the carpet more thoroughly. I tried Zerorez.
I could not believe how clean the one time Zerorez treatment got our old, filty carpet. The color looked almost new. All of the stains except one near the door seemed to totally disappear.
The young man who did the cleaning wroked very hard and was incredibly thorough.
The carpet was almost dry when he left and was soft and had no lingering odors. Best of all, there were no additional charges. The stated offer for three rooms included all the pre-​treatment — and there was a lot.
Over the year, about a dozen of the worst stains have re-​appeared. I guess the stain from the carpet pad slowly seeps up through the carpet again. Since our grand-​daughter is now walking and will be visiting again, I have already scheduled Zerorez to come back this next weekend and look forward to a beautiful clean and soft carpet again for the holiday season.
