Purchased small curved stone bench $ 125+tax for circular meditation gazebo after viewing extensive website. Concluded sale over the phone with Jerry, helpful and cheerful member of «la famiglia.» Waited about a month while Jerry kept us updated on the ordering progress. After item arrived, it was delivered and installed by two very nice and accommodating guys for another $ 80 cash. Recommended!

Our search started by looking for reasonable pots and fountains for a new Landscaping job.
We decided to make the drive out to Reseda from Altadena. Upon arrival we were greeted by Victor and Mitch. Both were super helpful, professional and over all very happy to help us find what we were looking for.
We purchased 4 pots and 1 fountain. It all was delivered the next day and fountain was installed.
We went back the very next weekend to purchase more pots.
Victor remembered who we were and gave us the same excellent customer service.
Everything from start to finish was exceptional .

Great service, great product great experience. Looked for some fountains on line and then we found this place. They have two huge rooms jam packed with every kind of fountain I could think of. The staff was friendly and not pushy. The one we picked had a two week lead time which was ok for our Schedule. The installers were fast and professional. Would recommend this place.

We’d been wanting a fountain for our patio for some time, and after doing extensive research on-​line, we decided that the best selection near us was at Reseda Discount Pottery & Fountains. We were not disappointed. As soon as we pulled into the parking lot, we were greeted by Sandy, a sales associate, who was very knowledgeable and showed us several which fit our requirements. We purchased one, and arranged to have it delivered and installed later that day.
After leaving the store, we stopped for lunch, when I realized that my gold Gucci watch (which had much sentimental value) was no longer on my wrist. I immediately called the store and spoke with Sandy, who said she’d look around the store for it. Sandy called back 10 minutes later and told me she’d found it and would hold onto it until we could return, which we did about 30 minutes later. She even refused the $$ tip we offered for her effort and honesty.
Later that day, Victor and his helpers were at our house and expertly installed our fountain. Their delivery and installation charge was quite reasonable, and am happy to report that our fountain looks and sounds wonderful!
I highly recommend this store, not just for their huge selection of pots and fountains, but for the wonderful employees, all of whom seemed knowledgeable and friendly. And I especially recommend asking for Sandy, who went above and beyond!

Our fountain passed on after 18 years (The concrete base crumbled). We looked on-​line but decided to find a local vendor because if there was an issue, we did not want to get involved with shipping back items. I found this store on Google, and even though from West Hollywood is a «Schlep» off we went.
We arrived and were greeted immediately. We were assisted in parking our car and then Jerry, one of the owners assisted us in finding the perfect fountain for our large patio.
The selections were overwhelming. I have never seen so many fountains in one place. Pricing was much less than I expected.
We found what we wanted. The only one left though was a floor model but we decided to take it. Just to add, I never had to ask for the discount they offered and advertised for that weekend. The price was adjusted to the discount.
After less than three months, the fountain sprung a leak. I called Jerry and he said bring it in right away.
Within 30 minutes of arriving we had a brand new fountain, one we liked better, and were on our way. There was no price matching, or having to pay more, even though we were sure it was actually a more expensive fountain.
I have not seen this kind of integrity and service in a business since the mid 20^th century. The owner, Phil, was there as well.
These men run the business with customer satisfaction as there first priority. I would never shop anywhere else.

Huge joint if u need exotic pots and water fountains. This is the biggest place of all when it comes to this kind of stuff in the valley.
I fired up the Rolls and made it out here to buy some wall and counter décor with a Spanish twist. They had this serious bulldog that I will take a photo of another time to pimp to you all. I had to take it and a, though it was damaged we reached a deal for $ 100 plus a small geico for the wall.
Staff is helpful here and you have an amazing choice of all sorts of pots whateve redesign u want and like 100 fountains to choose from. We have 3 already, so no more water! We are in a drought and I’m dreading the bill this month. The place is pricey, but most of their stuff is handmade. Small parking lot, o be careful if your whip is serious. Plenty of metered parking available as well.

In an effort to determine how many large pots I would need in my backyard, I began by purchasing a single pot here at a fair price. Once I moved this pot around my backyard, I was ready to make another purchase for seven additional and larger pots. When I returned, the service was unbelievably poor. The first clown was quoting me outrageous prices and when I compared his pricing to the exact pot I had purchased two weeks earlier, he was 25% more expensive. I even showed him my receipt to which he said, «He shouldn’t have sold it to you for that price». Anyway, I talked to one more guy, who was obviously colluding with clown #1 and told him I wanted to take three large pots today and he gave me the same ridiculous pricing. He didn’t think we would walk away… which was actually quite easy to do.
The following weekend we went to Jackalope Pottery in the Burbank area and received the kind of service customers deserve. They were VERY helpful and ready to make deals on our desired bulk purchase. We ended up purchasing all seven pots of equal or better quality at prices CONSIDERABLY BELOW Reseda pottery. I actually wished I hadn’t even bought a single pot from Reseda Pottery, since a comparable pot was even less costly at Jackalope. Trust me — you won’t be disappointed to do your own comparison before buying.
I suspect the owner of Reseda Pottery doesn’t hang around much to see his clown circus, otherwise he would be making more sales — guaranteed.

We had a 5 star experience purchasing our fountain! The fountain rooms were beautiful and very tranquil! The prices were great too! The whole staff was so friendly and helpful! Jerry spent a lot of time with us and on top of their 25% discount gave us an additional 5% off. He answered all of our questions without making us feel rushed! He even sent us a pic of the best sealer to purchase. We will definitely be back for pottery and other outdoor goodies… maybe even another fountain!

I had a great experience here and found exactly what I was looking for. I was helped by a very sweet young man Mitch who made the decision so much easier. I would definitely recommend this store to my family and friends. They have great prices.

I purchased a pot a few months ago so this is long over due. Reseda pottery is fully stocked with every pot and fountain you can think of! If it wasn’t for Mitch I would’ve been lost! He made purchasing my fountain that much easier! He was so polite and more than willing to go the extra mile, plus you cant beat the prices! Definitely going to recommend them to friends and family and send them Mitch!

What a score this place is! As I am a person who does my homework when looking to purchase something of value, I came across Reseda Discount Pottery, and had to do some investigation. Upon calling with specific information, I received the utmost in courtesy with regard to all of my questions. Jerry was exceedingly well versed with the subject matter, and encouraged me to come in to view all there was in the shop.
I was not let down! This place is expansive, with fountains galore! When I introduced myself to Jerry, he welcomed me with opened arms and continued on the path we had begun on the phone. I felt so comfortable with this transaction, and shall always bring my business back to Reseda Discount Pottery and Fountains… as well, I shall continue to yell it from the rooftop that this is the place to go when in need of anything relating to fountains or lovely pottery!

This place is fantastic! Just the experience of being in the fountain rooms with water running is a blast. The owner is super helpful and wonderful. Go, go, go!!! 5 stars for sure.
My purchase is exactly what I wanted (better really) at a great price with wonderful service. Don’t shop for a pot or fountain anywhere else. They have great inventory and if they don’t have it in stock… they’ll order it.

This place has 3 huge buildings full of water fountains and pottery and they do deliver. I would say their main business is fountains. The selection is awesome. The allow you to wander and look around but are there if you have questions. We purchased 2 Potts at a good discount. Recommend the store for its quality and quantity of product. If its not here it has not been made

This is a great place. I have never seen as many fountains in one place as I did here. Victor took care of me today, I came in with a budget and he was able to work with me. The great thing about this place is that it is so huge and not only do they have a great variety of different fountains, they also have the same kind in many different colors to match the décor in your patio or yard! This really convinced me that this way the right place to buy from. The guys were all great, every since person we saw was asking if we needed help and were more than happy to look for the price of fountains that didn’t have it displayed. Many fountains were sold and waiting for delivery, this place has a great turn around allowing fora great variety of fountains to choose from!

Well, it’s been 3 months. Today is Aug 28. Ironically, I said I was going to update my review if it wasn’t a 4 star anymore. I’ve still not received my precipice fountain. I got a call 4 weeks after I placed the order to say it was in. I drove in the following weekend to pick it up. Victor said it wasn’t in and that he called me by mistake. Why he didn’t call me back to tell me so was because he was banking on me not going there to get it anyway, he said. He said, no worries, I’ll have them deliver it for free next week. Great. I called next week to see if it was in. It was not in. It would take longer. Ok, no problem. I called 3 weeks or so later, he said something with the company that they didn’t have it. Will need to order another one, don’t worry, you will get 20−30% off. I said great, if it’s a steep discount, I can wait. I checked in with Victor on Friday the 21^st of Aug. He said he will contact the company and call me back Monday for sure. Monday has come and gone. Today is Friday. I do not care about the fountain anymore. Just give me my money back, which I paid in full, if you don’t have it. I called Victor today and thankfully, he’s off today. I asked to speak to his supervisor or manager and Justin said I can talk to him. I explained the story to him and he said he is the owner’s stepson and took my info and said will call me back today if not, within an hour. When he asked me when I first paid for it, I wasn’t sure, but then I remembered I wrote a glowing Unilocal review because I was so excited by the service and the produce I was going to get. So, I gave him the date, which was 3 months ago. He did call me back after he talked to the manufacturer and the mold to make the fountain broke. The mold will be ready Oct 1 and I will get my fountain Oct 15 or so. I asked if there was going to be a problem with me getting my money back because I paid partially cash and credit card. Justin said no, but he tried to keep my business by offering me free delivery when it comes in. My question for him was what is my discounted price going to be if I do want to wait for the fountain. The free delivery was already offered. He said he’ll talk to Phil the owner and call me back. No fault of Victor’s except him not calling me back. This is a situation that never happens but I just didn’t like Victor’s lack of communication with me on this sale. Stay tuned.

This place is awesome. We were in the market for a wall fountain and found a beautiful one here! Also, the prices were the best that I could find in the area. The staff is very helpful, we worked with Jack, and he was great! Very knowledgeable and helpful and was able to answer all of our questions.

Great place if u want a fountain this is the place competitive pricing and amazing staff… The owner Eddy 82 hrs young actually babysat my dog while we shopped a great experience even though we drove 2 hrs to get there! I only wish they were closer to avoid the $ 300 delivery charge :(

I found that reseda fountain has an Amazing selection, I’ve never seen more fountains available at one location. Once calling and coming in we received great costumer service by victor. He was helpful and super attentive to our questions (2 clients 1 contractor). We received our fountain yesterday The delivery-​installation crew, was on time and did a great job as well. All and all 5 stars.

This place has great products at good prices. I’ve purchased fountain and statue from them. Selection is great, and staff is friendly.
Ahhh, but it needs to be better. They need a woman’s touch here. All they have are younger men who are well intentioned but not organized or imaginative. Victor is the only person I’ll work with here. Others have decent English, ask you if you need help, then walk away leaving you to ponder why you’re there.
My special order took double the time promised during the slow winter season. And each time I called, I only could communicate about my order with the salesperson who helped me.
It’s too «loosey goosey» and they need a boss/​woman to run the whole place to keep it more organized and sales people who can get creative with customers. Not stare into space and walk away.
Here’s another example of loosey behavior, I called to schedule delivery, he says ok how about Tuesday. I say yes. He says we will call you at 9am Tuesday to give you a two hour window. Tuesday morning comes, no call, I call them at 930 and they have no idea that I’m scheduled for a delivery.
