I began using Omega Limousine Service in May 2005. A company’s most vital asset is its customers. Nathan, Arthur and Dmitri are true professionals and understand the true meaning of «Customer Service». Our main usage of this service is for business. Life isn’t perfect, and yes, over the years there may have been a hick-​up or two, but I can honestly say I would not use any other Limousine Service. I have about 22 travelers — main travel is International. Pick-​ups for the travelers departures are always on time. As you can guess, when my travelers return home to LAX they are tired after extremely long flights. The drivers are there on time, offering a beverage as the traveler enters their clean comfortable vehicle. Many of my travelers use this service when they are traveling on their vacations. I highly recommend Omega Limousine Service weather for personal or business use.

I’ve been using Omega to and from airport for about 3 years and always received top of the line service. Here about customer service they have. One time driver was stuck in traffic, he called me 30 minutes before pick up time to notify me that he may be a little late. Guess what, he was just 10 minutes late (fine with me) once in over 3 years and I travel twice a month!!! Then I received a phone call from the office offering me a complimentary ride for my return. What can be better than that!!! I didn’t even ask for it. Let me tell you guys, if you can find a limo company who takes care their clients better than Omega, I wish you good luck. I used many services before and none of them were even close to be as good as these guys.

Well, the jacket arrived just in time for my friends departure back to Chicago. (sigh of relief). I am appreciative that this was solved and returned to me, even if it took some time. If they stuck with their orginial words of ‘we will get this to you tomorrow’ and did not tell me a week later that they cannot give it back to me without a charge because it is my responsibility’ then this would have been a much easier and much more enjoyable experience.
