There is only one thing I get from here. The ice coffee with milk with boba. The boba texture is very chewy and soft. The ice coffee flavor is just so good. I would not recommend the fruity drinks or the Thai tea. Because they are very artificial tasting and strong. But I do only come here for the ice coffee drink but it is my favorite! :D

One of the good Boba places in Reseda. Their stuff is fresh. The staff is friendly, a little slow though. This is right next to Phở So. So have some phở and order some fresh drinks from here

A great simple spot for boba. Prices and service is decent so no complaints. And what’s even better is it’s right next to phở! Two thumbs up!

Ordered the Banana-strawberry smoothie boba… and wow… Ah-mazing! yup, I said it… and I’ll say it again… Ah-Mazing! Why get the regular when for a mere 0.95 meezily cents more you can upgrade to a large!!! Go big or go home… jk jk… but seriously, come try this boba spot Side Note: There is a Phở restaurant connected to it so you have to either walk in from the rear access OR walk through the restaurant to the back where the boba spot is. Not gonna lie, felt a little awkward walking through just for some boba, but dont let that stop you! Enjoy!

This is a small Boba spot but it is nice. There is no direct entrance from Reseda blvd, so you go through the phở restaurant next door. It is located in the back right corner. You can enter through the back alley where there’s a parking lot and a back entrance directly to fresh t. The staff is nice and the menu is easy to read. There are also a few new flavors that were added. I have had their milk tea, Thai tea, and jasmine milk tea. All good!!! I have seen fresh fruit there for the blended smoothies giving those smoothies the natural flavoring and sugars instead of that artificial syrup that some places use. They have 2 sizes: regular and large, which is good to satisfy any Boba craving. It is not my favorite Boba place in the valley, and it might be better if they introduce a stamp card system, but if I’m in the area, I wouldn’t mind coming here.

The service is friendly but slow. I ordered the lychee milk teas and they were just ok. I did see that they had Vietnamese desserts so I might just go back for those. The prices are super cheap though!

You must get the sugar cane drank! It’s $ 3.00 for a regular and $ 3.95 for a large. It is packed with so much flavor and it is so awesome for a hot valley day. I also like to combine the taro and coconut milk teas together. There are 2 ladies that work there and they rock! They are always smiling and are very welcoming. The great aspect about this place is that they have a phở place connected right next store(Phở So 1) so it’s awesome to get phở and some boba/tea/shaved iced afterwards. This is definitely my go to boba spot in the 818. Next time I will try their shaved ice, I heard great things about it!

After having your phở next door or vise versa you can grab something sweet on your way out or into the restaurant. Very small little add on and delivers on point.

This is a really small boba spot in reseda. It owned by the owners a of PHO sho 1. The wait time is pretty fast. The same two ladies are always working. The service is pretty good — they don’t speak English that great, but I’m able to communicate with them. They have about 20 – 25 different boba flavors. They also have some really good fresh fruits juices! This place is always kept super clean and they always mange to make sure you leave satisfied. So, I can say I’m a regular I come here at least 3 – 4 times a month or sometimes more. Cons: They put too much ice on the Thai tea. If you ask for no ice It’s not cold as it should be. :(

We were in the area the evening looking for some boba when we found this place and gave it a shot. We asked for one jasmine milk tea and one green tea, both with boba, and the lady taking our order asked if we wanted jelly instead because there wasn’t much boba left. Not being fans of jelly in our drinks, we said no, and while there were only 5 – 10 boba within each cup, we were still charged full price. The boba itself wasn’t horrible, just tasteless, but the jasmine tea most definitely was. It was one of the most watery, bitter jasmine teas that I have ever tasted. The green tea was much better and much less watery, but still not great than your average donut shop boba.

Okay, so I have been coming here ever since it opened up. I probably come here like 2 to 3 times a week, so I think it is safe to say you can trust my assessment. PROS 1) super cheap — cheapest boba place I have found in the SF Valley! 2) fast service — usually no other customers are there, so you are in and out in 2 – 3 min. But even in the rare occasions where there are, wait time is 6 – 7 min. 3) great taste — absolutely delicious! So far, all the fruit-flavored milk teas taste exactly like the fruit(which sadly, is becoming a rare find). 4) they remember your order if you go there often! 5) they are connected to the phở place next door so you can go sit down and order your food and boba drink over there. 6) bathroom available — spacious, always clean, and well-stocked. CONS 1) they put a ton of ice in your drink(esp if you get the Viet Ice Coffee), so beware! 2) if you don’t speak Vietnamese and are particular about your order(like me and the ice problem), then it can be very frustrating. 3) unless you order the large size drink($ 3.95), cash only! 4) poor outdoor seating — only one tiny little patio table with tiny little chairs. Yes, there is plenty of indoor seating but since they don’t have Wi-Fi and I have a dog, it is meaningless to me. 5) parking is not hard to find because the lot is really big, but sometimes I do find it hard to find close parking. 6) no frequency card.

Boba tastes very bland but the almond milk tea tastes ok. A little to much on the sweet side.

My co-worker and I were craving boba. Unilocal said this was the closest spot so we have it a try. We were both disappointed :( Parking: limited, we went at an off hour so we got parking on the street. The parking lot in the back seems small too. Small fruit stand style shop that is connected to the Phở store. The phở smell was just so yum… There was so little boba in the cups for $ 3– regular, $ 3.75– large. The texture if the boba was off too, too mushy. At least the Thai tea was decent. My taro smoothies was oookay. Ioono, nothing too special. I think ill head to Boba Loca instead to satisfy my cravings. One great plus is that they don’t charge extra for adding boba, maybe that’s why they don’t put that much in…

real watermelon bits? NICE ! They nailed it on the almond milk tea. Perfectly sweetened, well mixed and curiously strong lol There is a bit of a language barrier but the staff is quick and smiles a lot: D It is adjecent to the phở place so it smells kinda weird for a boba place but the teas are pretty good.

This place is alright. The boba is chewy and just about right. Service is quick and friendly. My only qualm about this place is that you can tell that they use powder to make their smoothies which means it’s not that fresh. The price is fair and just like most boba places. This is a nice little addition to phở so 1 and is owned by the same owner. Good idea. You can now get sugar cane drinks in the valley which is good when you’re really craving some. Not much to say since it’s pretty average. I recommend the avocado smoothie.
