Cliff is a magician and one of a kind! He fixed my front door lock in just a few minutes. The store is amazing and filled with everything anyone could possibly imagine that has to do with locks or keys.

Largest wall of Keys I’ve ever seen! If any one has a key that needs to be made and No one has it, they have it here at Kennedy Lock Smith without a Doubt.
The reason I stop at this location was that another lock smith recommended them to me… What dose that tell you! I had a special job that needed to be done. Tumblers for a car door on my vintage 74 bmw 2002 that needed attention, Long story short i’ll cut to the chase. Cliff the nice soft spoken gentleman help me with my problem. He went out of his way to fix my problem that no other lock smith could. Satisfied with the work Cliff done for me. And also I needed a trunk key that NO other lock smiths had. But on this wall of keys they had it… Wow! believe me I went looking for it all over the valley. I Would have save a lot of time if I new about this place sooner. And thanks again Cliff!

The service is very fast and courteous. The prices are very good. They helped me get another pair of keys for my sister to use. Plus it is also near where I live and not that hard to find.

They made a key for my boyfriend and me. They had many different designs. He got a 49ers key and I got a cheetah print one!

I can tell this business is run by people who care and want to earn your business. I came here to get a copy of a small, thin key made that many other companies didn’t have the tools to copy. In addition to being able to copy a rare key, they even offered to stay a little past closing to give me time to come back to the store to pick it just in case I would need it back the same day. (I dropped it off after 4pm & they close at 5 but still made the effort to get it done as soon as they could). They even asked me to bring in my lock so they could guarantee the new copies would work. I can tell Cliff is an expert at what he does and everyone else that I interacted with was very helpful and courteous. I work nearby but don’t live close. I’d go out of my way to come back and support this business though.

I’ve been to Kennedy Lock and Safe several times and am truly impressed with the service and professionalism of everyone there. The other home improvement stores have made keys for me that don’t even work! I’m glad I found this place and I definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a locksmith professional.

Super fast

Saved hundreds getting my Toyota key replaced by Kennedy Lock and Safe! The Toyota dealer quote was almost $ 300 for replacement and programming of my car keys and I had to make an appointment. Kennedy L&S replaced it within minutes and no programming required. I was amazed. Truly thankful for their service. Definitely coming back.

Fast, friendly service when I brought in my lock to be re-​keyed. I didn’t even have the original key. No complaints! I’ll be coming back here again for sure.

I went to Lowe’s to get 6 house keys copied. 4 out of the 6 keys didn’t work and the 2 that did work required Houdini-​like skills to open the door.
Anyway, I walked into Kennedy Lock & Safe, was helped right away and walked right out with my 6 keys. It all took about 3 minutes.

I came in here looking for someone to cut a BMW key with extra care and a gentlemen named Cliff did so. I had gone to other places before hand and when asked to be careful not to scratch my new key, they laughed. As a result, they lost my business, haha. Anyways, I just spent a lot of money on a blank «Key» so I wanted to make sure it was cut with care. so I Unilocaled around and found Kennedy Lock & Safe.
I recommend this place for anyone wanting to get exactly what they pay for. they’re thousands of business that do mediocre work, why settle? I thrive to find and review the businesses that are above average and this place definitely is. And the prices are excellent.

Got some special order keys here. Service was nice and friendly. Our keys took a couple of days and Kennedy Lock & Safe called right when our key had arrived.

I have been using Kennedy Lock for about 10 years for keys, safes and anything I need for my house and car. They are the only ones I trust because they are honest, fair and do not mess up. I have had to use other places in Palm Springs and the keys never work. I have Kennedy change/​fix my locks at my properties all the time and they have always done a perfect job.

super fast service, very honest. I had a Schlage Smart Key lock (a more modern lock) and was sent here by a competitor who admitted they couldn’t do it. Great prices. Would recommend to anybody look for great service at a great price!!!
