Adam literally saved my day today! Thank you so much for your knowledge and hard work. Completely dead 12v. .batt on a EV with no alternator. He had me outta there no problem. I would recommend and use Adam again

Just had the most prompt polite service. Adam went above and beyond. Adam really went the extra mile to get me back on the road so I could make it to work on time. I highly recommend Fast Auto Towing from my excellent experience James

NO STAR! STAY AWAY! two hour wait. my insurance contracted them. BIG mistake! very rude, unprofessional and liars. Kept telling me 10 minutes away. Save yourself a headache.

RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL and I was not even a client!
Just happened to be driving in the parking lot and the tow truck driver cut me off and would not let me park, yelling at me out of his window calling me a «bitch» and using other profanity at me! Absolutely unacceptable!
I WILL NEVER be using their services!

I locked my keys in my truck and it took them an hour and a half to get to me, I was two miles from them… Also the guy pulled up and broke the handle inside my truck. Pretty sure the guy was stoned because he reeked of marijuana… Never ever again

This towing car company is very rude to their customers on the phone, they shout, hangs up, say bad words and told me «shut up». The tow truck driver took my keys. I was at the dealership and put him on the speaker phone and said the first respond «i put the keys on the envelope» then i asked him what name did you put on it? he said «whatever is on it» then my bf asked him if he put it in the envelope and said «i think so» then he showed up at the dealership and said «I did not put it in the envelope» everybody at the dealership was questioning him on how he gave 3 inconsistent answers with one question. My bf said we will file a complain and mentioned on how he was making small salary wages then at the dealership, he said that he will buy us 2 car keys if he lost it because he said «he makes more money then those idiots at the dealership. his answers are not consistent at all. Gary and his driver are very rude. Their company should be closed down for their bad reputation and dealing with customers very unprofessionally. Who talks to their customer saying «shut up in a screaming way?

Insurance linked me to this company. Provided every detail (including the shop where I was inside) and the car that was to be towed was right in front of the shop. Tow truck came and parked near the car, I was assisting a customer, no phone call from the tow driver and he left after a few mins. Car was right in front of him including my shops name and the driver didn’t have the decency to at least exit his vehicle to check INSIDE my shop to find me. Called back only to get a rude response and had to call back my insurance to get another tow for my car. Terrible service and driver needs to get that stick out of his arse.

First Tow: 1 star
The roadside repair company that comes free with my car forced me to use Fast Auto Towing. I’ve had several cars towed before, but what I went through was simply unacceptable. The guy that towed my car decided it’d be more a better idea to block the entire road I live on rather than setting my car in neutral to having me push it into a safer location. For the 15 minutes it took to put my car on that flat bed the entire road was filled with screams and honks as the flat bed blocked traffic in BOTH directions. It was ridiculous to watch
On top of that (to make matters oh so much worse) the technician not only left my driveway scratched and damaged, but destroyed my neighbors lawn! He decided to drive up onto the curve, enter their property and trench their lawn to get into position. My neighbors saw all of this pan out and I was forced to go over the next morning and repair the damage this towing company did to my neighbors lawn.
Avoid this business if you can. Absolutely ridiculous.
Second Tow: 5 star
Okay so I had to get my car towed AGAIN and when I heard Fast Auto towing was going to be sent I sorta panicked. The guy that showed up was ADAM and the guy did a stellar job! He got my car running and drove it up the tow truck smoothly and swiftly. Took all of 10 minutes to meet the guy and have him throw my car up on that tow truck and exchange pleasantries. Hands down my experience had to be the single BEST experience I’ve had with a tow company — and I’ve had PLENTY of cars towed… literally in the hundreds — my cars suck ass. Fast towing needs to hire more guys like Adam, I hope management sees this and gives that guy a pat on the back or something. Changed my view on Fast towing.
Third Tow: YES PEOPLE MY CAR SUCKS THAT BAD — 5 stars
They’ve changed things at Fast Towing. They sent a guy named Tony. He was incredibly kind and really smart. This tow was much different than the last, my car wouldnt even go into drive this time, so we were forced to pop it into neutral and Tony knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it and get it up on the tow bed. Super awesome dude. Whoever is in charge of hiring here at fast towing is doing an incredible job. Between this and my last tow I couldnt be happier.

I wish I could give ZERO stars to this company! I have roadside assistance through USAA, and needed my car towed to the mechanic from my home. USAA Roadside assistance dispatched the call to Fast Auto Towing to come and tow the vehicle. They said they would be here in an hour. After an hour, I get a call from Agero (USAA Roadside Assistance) telling me that Fast Auto Towing told them that it was impossible to tow my vehicle, and that they had tried hooking my vehicle up and that it wouldn’t work, due to the steepness of my driveway. Problem is, THEY NEVER CAME TO MY HOUSE!!! No one knocked on my door, called me, or anything! They bold faced lied to USAA about the job. When I called up Fast Auto Towing to ask them their story, and asked why they never came to my door, they told me they couldn’t walk up all the steps to my door. There are 3 steps on my porch; that’s it! Then the guy just hung up on me. This company is filled with liars. Do not trust them.

This place delivers the worst possible service I can ever imagine. Very unprofessional, extremely rude, and show up when ever they feel like it regardless of the quoted time… Or just never show up at all. I honestly don’t know how this company stays in business with the inadequate workers they employ. Do yourself a favor and never use this company. I would give less stars if it was possible.

After hours of waiting and being told this and that, they just never showed up. Brilliant company.

I do not recommend this service at all. I would never have gone to them but my insurance is linked to them to help me if I need anything. I should have signed up with AAA!!!
I called my insurance and they called them to come help me. The young guy charged my battery and I took my receipt after I signed it and put it in my purse. He then said I need it and I said I need a copy because I’m a customer. He then grabbed my arms right and hard and said «get out of the car, I’m calling the cops». He then kept trying to come in my car and assaulted me and I kept pushing him away. I told him he was wrong and went to far. He then went to his truck to get his phone and I tried to leave because I didn’t feel safe. I was shaking and I have PTSD. He then drives and tries to block me and he was being very unprofessional. He could have hit me resulting in a car accident which he would be 100% at fault.
He then calls me the B word and gets out of his car takes pictures. He basically had no skills with working with a customer and needs to have training along with anger management classes. He got all crazy on me for a receipt, he had the main copy. I called my lawyer and made a claim with my insurance. I will never go or use them again. I called the company and the owner was very nice and said I’m sorry and that his employee was wrong.
I have pepper spray in my car. I think everyone should defend themselves if they get attacked like how I did. I’m seeing my doctor this Friday. This was such a horrible experience. All due to a person who didn’t know how to hand he a customer and who did not have proper social skills.
I don’t recommend them. They got one star because the owner was respectful and nice to me.
They need to hire new employees!!!

Last night, my car’s battery died. I called my insurance company (Progressive), and they connected me to Fast Auto Towing. I am a man of integrity; as such, I will only make factual claims about my experiences last night.
1. The front desk assistant tried to over-​talk me and lie to me. I called at 8:59 asking where the driver was, and the desk attendant tried to smart mouth me. Of course, I’m from Memphis, TN and immediately handled him. «Calm down. You’re nobody’s gangster. I’m asking you a simple question about where the driver is.» He hung up in my face. I called back and told him that I would ignore his disrespect. I asked him where the driver was. He said the driver was going to be 10 – 15 minutes late. I asked him how that could be since their business was less than 20 minutes from me.
2. No one hangs up in my face, especially not an hourly worker. I promised myself that I wouldn’t drive to this establishment and light his ass up like a Christmas tree, like Quad and Lisa Nicole.
3. I requested help at 7:50 P.M. The service driver’s estimated time of arrival was 9:01 P.M. The driver called me at 9:12 P.M. to say he was on his way and would arrive in 20 minutes. I reminded him this was 20’minutes past his ETA, and he said that the dispatcher had just sent him my request.
4. The service dispatcher had a difficult time finding my car. My car was located in a USPS parking lot with 7 parking spaces. I drive a bright yellow car, and the hazard lights were on. He said he couldn’t see me, even though my car was only 15 feet away from him. After about 30 seconds processing this simple information, he pulled up to my car and jumped me off. Hallelujah. Thank you Jesus!
5. I called to complain this morning. I asked to speak with a supervisor. A front desk attendant asked me to hold, changed his voice, and pretended to be a man named «Gary.» Of course Gary didn’t stay on the phone but 20 seconds before leaving me on hold for 3 minutes and hanging up in my face.

Should be called Slow Tow! My roadside assistance used this company to unlock my car. I called at 1:05 to get assistance. My original ETA was at 2:02. After contacting the company several times they kept telling me the driver is 10 minutes away. Finally at 2:45 the driver finally arrives. First thing he asked for are my keys! Really dude, «They’re in the car!» After feeling frustrated for waiting well over and hour and half. The driver says, «you don’t have to get an attitude, I’ll just leave». «I told him he wasn’t going to leave». Then he proceeded to unlock my car. This company is unprofessional. The driver seemed like he was zoned out and didn’t know what was going on. Wouldn’t recommend this company.

Horrible! They were set up for me by State Farm, they called me 45min later saying they were 15 min away and tried to direct me to there auto-​body shop they work with, when I declined they didn’t come for 2 more hours!!! That’s not all!; when the driver got here he said that the had a lot of jobs and that’s why they were late. He tried to get me to go to another Auto-​body shop too! I declined a gain and after he tried to pick up my undriveable car the WRONG WAY BY DRAGGING IT WHILE IN PARK!!! He then said they had the wrong truck and had to send a Wheel lift truck! Ready for this… The second driver never came back! This. Really. Just. Happened. FILING A COMPLAINT AND POSSIBLE A CLAIM AS I TYPE THIS!!!

The WORST towing/​roadside assistance company i’ve EVER dealt with. I called my insurance company for tire change. 1^st and foremost, the driver was later than what he said he would be. Okay, that can happen, i’m understanding.
then, he’s driving back and forth, he honks, i wave and he makes a u-​turn, calls back and says «Where are you?» and i respond «I can see you, I’m waving at you.» and HIS response? «Jesus Christ– i was waving at you and you just waved me off and turned around, god.» and I said «no, i waved at you.» and he was like «No, you didn’t» and i got upset and was like «Can you just come pleas-​» and he hung up.
then, he gets here is STRUGGLING with the jack and says «i’ve never done this before.»
the remainder of the work proceeds to be done with unnecessary force on my vehicle and constant cursing.
This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL company ever.

Paid $ 60 dollars to get my car door unlocked. They were 40 minutes later than the time they told me. They said they would be there in 10 minutes after they were already late, and didn’t arrive until 20 minutes later. And you would think the guy would try to work a little fast considering my wait and no reduction in the cost, but he answers a phone call and talks casually for a while. I have a 2000 honda accord, I’d think this would be an easy job, considering I’ve been in the same situation, with another person, with the same car. But the guy didn’t understand that it was more of a button, not a switch. And now I can’t lock and unlock my doors, I must do it manually. Instead of him saying I’ll contact my supervisor and see what we can do and apologize, the guy says he didn’t do it. So I basically paid 60 dollars to have my broken. I’d trust a random guy on Craigslist before I ever use their service again. I contacted the business and they said they will have the supervisor give me a call later today or tomorrow morning. Hoping for the best.
*update: Since I never received a call back from the supervisor as an employee said I would, I decided to call back myself. I spoke to the supervisor and he knew nothing of the situation. Though I haven’t really been helped yet, I am happy to atleast get an apology and to have someone trying to correct the problem.

One because zero is not available. I just encountered a Mexican male driver that spewed profanities at me and had an angry breakdown yelling from his truck on VN Blvd today at around 4:00 — 4:30 PM in front of all traffic. He’s speeding with a flat bed and that’s a long truck to speed across 3 lanes without yielding. He was going from Ralph’s on Burbank and VN Blvd. across all lanes to go left at the light. He was angry that I was in the lane. I said nothing in response to his violent attack but to yell I would call his employer. I took a picture of his truck. His response was go ahead and call my boss. From his invitation, I figured his boss is an equal looser-​a-​hole. So thanks Unilocal to warn others. This jerk is dangerous and women I wouldn’t want him arriving on a call night or day. Criminal record anyone? There are 38 pages of tow truck companies so call another! I did turn around to follow him to make sure I had the name of the company but he ditched down a side street. BUT I HAD THE PHONE NUMBER and a picture of his truck with the company name. Eat that!

Called my insurance for a tow and this is the company they sent. When the driver arrived the Tow Truck was new and very clean inside. The the driver John so VERY polite and professional. I would recommend this Tow Company and definitely I would call back for my own use. THANK YOU JOHN AND FAST AUTO TOWING

Dangerous!
My car was towed by them, and I followed in my friend’s car. The tow truck driver proceed to drive TOO FAST, going 60 in a 35 mph zone. (My friend sped, too, to keep up with the tow truck.)
Then the tow truck ran several red lights! (No, we didn’t run the red lights, too.)
My car on his trailer was BOUNCING back and forth as he recklessly sped through North Hollywood, veering in and out of his lane.
Holy crap. How does this guy still have a driver’s license, much less stay in business?!
I only wish I’d checked on Unilocal before I called them. The driver is taking the name «Fast Tow» far too literally.
BTW, my friend has a dashboard camera, so we actually have footage of this. If Unilocal allowed video, I’d post it.
